Bookings are normally weekly from Saturdays (although this may be flexible, apart from in July and August), arrival after 4pm and departure before 10am, again this can be flexible. A 25% deposit is required with your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday commences. There is also a £200 or 250€ damage/breakage deposit payable with the balance which is refundable after the end of the holiday.
Bed linen and towels, also bath mats for the shower rooms are supplied. A tea towel and a kitchen hand towel are also provided.
The villa is cleaned prior to and at the end of your holiday.

A perfect villa - holidays really don't get much better! Many thanks for the use of your beautiful villa over the last couple of weeks, we had a fantastic holiday and would hope to visit again in the future. We appreciate all of the help you gave us with the booking and the information supplied was first rate. The area of Calpe has a lot to offer and is well connected to visit all that this beautiful coastline has to offer. Villa Catalina is 5 minutes from the beach, in a great location, although a car essential it is not too far from anywhere. The villa is extremely well equipped, maintained to an excellent standard and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. We would search availability of this villa first, certainly sets a very high benchmark. We would not hesitate in recommending this property to anybody that wants to visit the area and we would definitely return. Overall, a fantastic holiday location - highly recommended. I would like you to know that your beautiful and comfy home was a home away from home for me and for all of us. We loved it! I can understand that the property is precious to you. The best way to put it is simply to say that Villa Catalina (in addition with a rental car) has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The description of the property is accurate and the owner provided excellent customer service. Thanks very much for letting us use your lovely villa. We all had a really great time. It was a great place to relax after a long day at the water parks or beach. This villa has a nice open plan living area and a very homely feel. It was well presented, clean and welcoming. The villa was very much as described on the web site. It had everything we needed, including inflatables for the children to play with in the pool. The kitchen was well equipped, and even had mugs for a good old cup of tea. There were plenty of plates and dishes, so there was no worry of running out when the dish washer was on. It is in a very quiet location, but only 10 minutes from the main town. Our children spent many hours playing in the good sized pool, while we chilled on the shaded naya. We spent a couple of evenings at the villa, and even found games to play with the children on the book shelf. Having 2 bathrooms was a nice extra, also the outside shower when we returned from the beach, especially with children. We will recommend this property to family and friends. This is a nice homely villa, with everything you could need from a holiday home. There are plenty of dvd's to watch, and the player worked fine. We would love to visit again. It is very close to beach and shops (5 mins in car). Villa was fantastic, spotless, spacious and so well equipped with everything we needed. Views from villa are lovely and a fantastic pool. Security is of high standard also, with gates, walls, security blinds on windows and very secure front and rear doors. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area was great for our 2 year old running round, she loved the holiday and we had great peace of mind knowing the villa was so secure, clean and spacious. Just a quick note to say many, many thanks once again for sharing your villa with us. We had such a lovely time both at your villa and in and around Calpe which, for us, is the perfect place to relax and recharge the batteries.
Mrs Reynolds (our agent) was so kind and helpful and I hope we left your villa looking as immaculate as it was when we arrived. We watered the plants and even did a bit of gardening in the cool of the day - what a difference from the summer we have had.
We had sheer joy and pleasure which your home gave to us during our stay.

It was a great relief to be able to stay on at your beautiful villa after the shock of realising we were stranded - thankyou very much.
We have certainly made the most of out extended stay and explored the area which has some stunning countryside.
