Individual luxury exclusive detached villa of 125 sq. m, built in 2003 on one level, set in the quiet and peaceful residential area of Gran Sol on the outskirts of Calpe, near Moraira on the Northern Costa Blanca, Spain. It has an elevated, secluded south facing position, away from the main road and in its own 850 sq. metres of private walled gardens. It provides both privacy and tranquillity whilst being within easy distance of all the town’s banks, shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and other amenities. There are nice views overlooking rooftops and of the mountains & hills, with glimpses of the sea and Calpe Rock.

The villa has three double bedrooms all with ceiling fans, one en-suite and a separate shower room. The lounge is spacious and comfortable, with seating for 6. The dining area is between the lounge and a fully equipped & modern kitchen.

There is a private kidney-shaped pool (approx. 8x5m), with underwater lights, Roman steps and a handrail surrounded by a tiled patio area & outside tiled shower. A covered terrace (naya), ideal for “al fresco” dining overlooks the swimming pool. The paved BBQ area is adjacent to the pool patio, has a built in BBQ and a stone round table with matching benches, seating 6, ideal for “al fresco” dining.

Generally very well equipped, bright and airy, well maintained and sympathetically furnished with care and attention to make the villa feel comfortable. The garden has a lemon and almond tree, bushes, palms, cacti, bougainvilleas & shrubs in a typical Spanish setting with secure gates.

RATES FOR JUNE, JULY, AUGUST & SEPTEMBER 2009 HELD AT 2007 LEVELS!!!

Bookings are normally weekly from Saturdays (although this may be flexible, apart from in July and August), arrival after 4pm and departure before 10am. A 25% deposit is required with your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday commences. There is also a £200 damage/breakage deposit payable with the balance which is refundable after the end of the holiday.

Bed linen and bath mats for the shower rooms are supplied but not towels. However, a tea towel and a kitchen hand towel are provided.

The villa is cleaned prior to your holiday.
