CASA BELLA – Set on two floors the villa provides attractive and comfortable furnishings throughout. First floor – lounge/dining area with basic SAT TV, DVD & video player, stereo system, central heating, air conditioning, a glazed naya which serves as a pleasant seating area with mountain and sea views, a separate fully equipped modern kitchen. Two double bedrooms and fully tiled WC/shower room, a large outside terrace with seating area for 8 and electric blinds which shade the area if needed, this completes the facilities on this floor. Ground Floor is a large self contained apartment which consists of a large bedroom with patio doors which lead out to the pool area, large fully tiled WC/bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with Basic Sat TV, DVD, video player, stereo, dining area which leads out to a small private terrace. There is a single fold up bed in storage and will be provided if needed. Also on this floor a separate outdoor kitchen area. Mosquito nets throughout.
Facilities
La Fustera is a residential area 5 kilometers from the centre of Calpe and on the coast road to Moraira which is 8 kilometers away. It had its own blue flag beach, a supermarket which sells English produce and several bars & restaurants. Calpe is a large Spanish coastal town which is developed around the Old Town area, which has a magnificent church, and is overlooked by the amazing 332 metre high rock of Ifach (Penon), it is now a nature reserve, and it separates Calpe’s two main beaches, there is the excellent port which at certain times of the day you can watch the local fishermen bring in their catch and then is auctioned off, also the Marina with an array of luxury yachts. Calpe has many excellent bars & restaurants offering you the choice of Spanish, French, Italian, English, Dutch, Chinese cuisine at good reasonable prices. Benidorm, thirty minutes away by car, provides many entertainment options including the spectacular show at The Benidorm palace & Terra Mitica Theme Park

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. Notes to the rental rates: These prices are for 3 bedrooms. Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly from April until October. (Please bring your own towels for use around the pool area and at the beach). All utilities included. A Babies travel cot is avaliable on request for £20 per week. A 20% deposit to secure booking. Final balance, plus refundable security deposit of £200 payable 8 weeks before start of rental period. Out of main summer season (July-August) we are flexible on changeover days so, please call or e-mail to discuss your requirements. We welcome enquiries for long winter lets from November 2009 – March 2010. For the period from 1st November 2009 to 31st March 2010 the rental rates will be from £660 per calendar month (Plus electricity). Please call for further details.
