Casa Rosada is an elegant and well appointed new townhouse, located in the exclusive “Residencia BelAir”, in the green belt / Pine filled area on the edge of the coastal town of Calpe. The villas are set in a U shape around a large communal walk-in swimming pool, ideal for any mobility issues or for young children, with Mediterranean gardens laid out with grass and plam trees. The elegant villa has views of the sea and Calpe's Penon d'Ifach from the balconies and it's own small garden overlooks the pool. Ideal for both Winter and Summer holidays.This luxury new 2 bedroom villa located in a gated, secure community with private parking and within 1200 metres of Calpe's tennis club with bar and restaurant and large swimming pool. 200 metres further on there is a new Olympic size indoor heated swimming pool sports complex. Calpe’s vibrant town centre with modern supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and long sandy beaches is just 1500 metres away.
The BelAir complex consists of 15 semi detached and terraced villas built in a U shape around the pool, so that each one overlooks the large communal walk-in (ideal for any mobility issues or for young children) swimming pool.
Set in a Mediterranean garden laid out with grass, shrubs, palm trees and fountain, this elegant complex has views of the sea and Calpe's famous Rock, Penon d'Ifach.
Casa Rosada sleeps 4 - 5 people and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 downstairs cloakroom.
This luxury villa also has a large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with french doors opening onto a patio dining terrace with its own private garden - ideal for sunbathing, yet only a few steps away to the large communal walk-in swimming pool and spacious gardens.
Casa Rosada has safe parking, as you enter the complex through the secure gates, you can drive right up to the front door and park your car. Ideal for that heavy shopping - straight from car to kitchen.
The villa is airy and has full air conditioning and electric central heating.
Master Suite
This pleasant bedroom has a king double bed with storage under for extra blankets etc, a range of fitted wardrobes, individual bedside cabinets and lighting. Double glazed door leading onto the balcony overlooking the commnual gardens and pool with views across to the sea and the famous Calpe rock, Penon d'Ifach. A large storage cupboard is ideal for storing golf clubs and suitcases etc and has a security wall safe fitted for your convenience.
Large ensuite bathroom has a full size bath and separate shower cubicle. WC, washbasin with mirror and lights above, double glazed windows and storage facilities. Hairdryer is provided for your comfort. Air conditioning and electric central heating.
Guest Twin Bedroom
This good sized bedroom has twin beds, central bedside storage, range of spacious fitted wardrobes, double glazed door leading onto the balcony shared with the Master suite. Use of its own private bathroom just across the landing. Air conditioning and electric central heating.
The bathroom has a fully tiled shower cubicle, WC, washbasin with mirrors and lights above, green and white storage facilities, double glazed windows and electric heating.
Lounge/Dining/Kitchen Area & Facilities
This stylish open plan area is sophisticatedly furnished with 2 sofas, dining table and chairs, satellite tv, dvd player, music centre, pictures and soft furnishings with floor length white curtains.
The Kitchen opens off the lounge/dining area and is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, cofee maker, toaster, juicer, and fully equipped with china, glass, cutlery and many extras. Understairs storage room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, broom, mop and bucket, laundry basket, vacuum cleaner, 4 fold up portable sunbeds, sun umbrella and children's toys.
Facilities
All house linen is included: On a 14 day holiday, fresh linen and housekeeping is provided midway. (Pool/Beach Towels are not provided - please pack your own or you can purchase in the Town at a reasonable cost). General: Washing machine, dishwasher, full air conditioning, house linen, electric central heating, safe. Leisure: TV, dvd player, radio, stereo system, CD player, cable TV and hairdryer. Outdoors: Balcony and terrace, garden, large communal pool, parking, patio table and 4 chairs, 4 garden sun loungers, sun umbrella.
Activities
The area offers golf, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, climbing, windsurfing, canoeing, cycling, tennis, walking parascending, horse riding, jet ski, go-carting, aqua park, sports complex, snorkeling, swimming and sea fishing. Within Javea there are many excellent restaurants, bars and clubs, together with modern supermarkets. It is also only approximately a 50 minute drive to the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Nature, Aqualandia and Mundomar just outside Benidorm. A night at the Benidorm Palace is highly recommended.
