Vacation Rental Description
- The view and location: setteld in an area on the mountain with one of the most famouse views in Spain (just to the Ifach from the best side). In the morning you can see the sun coming out of the sea, turning round the Ifach and going down in the evening behind the mountains, that means best views and no strong heating in the house (like in the valley of Calpe) in the night. You can see the beaches of calpe, the harbour, the Ifach, the Toix (high different mountains) and on the other side of the Toix till the area of Benidorm. Its only 10 Minutes drive to Calpe and Calpe-beach or Altea and Altea-beach with all necessaties like restaurants, food-markets, advertisements and so on.
- Inside the house:
There are three separated levels to live.
A. The Top-Area is for 4 persons: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom(shower-bathtub/washbasin), sep. toilet, livingroom with (chamin, SAT-TV, big table and chairs, small table with chairs and more) and outside terrasse with table and chairs with best view.
B. The middle-level is for 2 persons: 1 bedroom (2 beds, 1 cupboard, 1 opt. extra-bed to use for guests ( in living-room), kitchen-livingroom (big table chairs, SAT-TV, washing-tube, refrigerator, Microwave, stove, eating-equipment and so on), bathroom (toilet/shower/washbasin), covered Terrasse with table and chairs
C. the lower terasse-level is normally for the 2 children ( 2 beds (bunk bed), small table with chair, cupboard), washing-room (2 washbasin, toilet).
- Outside the house: Terrasses, pool, parking-area.
A: The pool-area is the most famouse facility because of the size (5x10m) and the deeps(2,8m to about 1m). The view from the pool is very special. Dauphins are on teh ground of the pool, big chance to play in
B: Terrasses: There are 2 terrasses near the pool wit hdifferent kinds of chairs, Shower-equipment, romantic-lights and so on. There is an additional-moving-area to the next neighbours, so that nearly nobody can look into the property, even noise is not a big problem.
C: There are a lot of Stairs near the house and to the parking area, the plot is mountain-like orgnanized, nice to play for children but to move up and down also for adults.
D: The parking-area is just near the street, possible to use for 2 cars (one could be bigger). The whole property is not coverd by walls are fences, the view is free and open.
- Surrounding:
To move by feet to the beach is only 1,5 km (to teh rocks of the village), but nobody will do that in summer. You will always use the car or motor-bicycle, because of the heat and mountain-conditions. There are a lot of famous beaches nearby (specially Calpe and Altea 10 mins), but also it is near to the highway. At least beeing in the middle of different attractive areas it is an easy moving from the house to a lot of aims.
-Services:
- every week two times there is the pool-service. Always teh pool-service is connected with the administration. If something is wrong, the poolman is a got partner for transfering the details of problems. Always we have a local service for the house, transfereing the keys and services. If you wish cloth or other stuff, the agreement is to find before the day of arrival. Than everything will be prepared. The local service can talk spanish, english and german,
- The backend-service for booking, reservation, payment is in Germany. You can use german, english and with a small delay also russian. All details before the journey and after the journey you can communicate there by phone or e-mail. In front of the journey you can download a lot of pictures, detail-describtions, the driving-way and so on.

Facilities
The local-administration can give out some playing-elements like a goal (setting behind the pool) and thinks for different ages. The different outside-lights are romantic and will give the chance for a long stay oputside near the terraces.
Activities
The Toix is one of teh famous hills for para-gliding, nice views to different areas.

The price in price-table is for one week, beginning on saturday after 16:00 o'clock, ending on saturday at 11:00 o'clock. Additional there is a fee for general cleaning (120€) and the deposit is generally 200 € for one reservation, payed back after the journey if nothing iss destroyed. Additional it is possible to reserve cloth for the bed (3€pP) and for towels (3€pP).
