The bright and airy lounge and dining room has two large leather settees, a coffee table and dining area with full size dining table. There is a TV and video, with a collection of films and a stereo for your CD's and tapes. The newly equiped and tiled kitchen has a full oven, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The beautiful downstairs apartment consists of 2 double ensuite bedrooms, each with a larger than average sized shower. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes.There is a beautiful kitchen with granite worktops, a full size oven and hob. There is also a large fridge and microwave. This section of the villa also accomodates a maximum of 6 people. 
 
 
The beautiful private pool has roman steps, providing safe and easy access for children. A sunny terrace surrounds it, complete with sun loungers and a table and chairs for your comfort. There is also an enclosed outside shower. There is ample atmospheric lighting around the terrace and pool to enable you to sit and enjoy the hot summer evenings or even indulge in a midnight swim. There is also a large barbecue area for al fresco dining on those warm evenings.
