The villa has one bathroom and separate toilet, lounge, and separate kitchen and a very sunny “naya”. The villa is detached and stands in its own secluded garden with ample terrace and private pool. Private drive with parking area. The villa has been newly redecorated and new furniture.

Two bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe.  
One bedroom has two single divans bedside tables and fitted wardrobes
