Only an hour from the airports of Alicante & Valencia (both served by Easyjet), unique Villa Ifach is built on a 2500 m2 flat plot in the select, up-market residential community of Garduix, Calpe. Close to all local amenities, beautiful beaches and the town centre, this extensive house is built within a large walled area surrounded by gently sloping hills and boasts amazing sea & town views of Calpe and the landmark Rock Ifach. This villa accommodates up to 12 people; comprising 5 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a 1-double bed self-contained apartment, private swimming pool (15x5m) and detached pool house. Supermarket is within walking distance, beaches 5 mins drive.  
Surrounded by a large wall on all sides, this terrific villa is not overlooked. Set in its own estate it offers seclusion and privacy, There is ample space for children to run around and play, with a covered table tennis terrace and a large Petanque area for entertainment. The garden and pool are separated from the main house by low fencing and lockable gates. The house has central heating, double-glazing and burglar alarm. Windows have protective fly nets. 
Next to the pool, the summer-house is an ideal place for BBQ, pool-side dining, relaxation and sunbathing. It houses an outdoor kitchen with dining area, gas BBQ griddle and separate WC + shower-room. Expansive lawns and sun-loungers will ensure that one will not miss out on all-day sunshine. The pool has a shallow play area that is ideal for supervised children to sit in and splash water around. 
Escape from the stresses and pressures of working life. You will enjoy a refreshing holiday in a beautiful, friendly spanish coastal town not totally given over to tourism. Calpe offers fantastic restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. Take a leisurely day out, visiting other coast towns in the vicinity or exploring the back streets for old 'real' Spain. 
The exciting, fun water parks; Sea World and Aqualandia along with the culturally themed adventure park Terra Mitica which has rides and shows for timid toddlers as well as for adventurous adults is only 15 minutes away. Afterwards returning to the peace and quiet of an evening cocktail on the terraces of Villa Ifach to watch the lights of the town and enjoy each other’s company in a relaxing, private estate with the children safely tucked up in bed.

    Calpe has 2 of the best sandy beaches on the coast; Benidorm with all its shopping and nightlife is only 15 mins away, along with the Disney-like Terra Mitica fun park and Water parks. 1km from villa onto 2 sandy Blue Flag beaches with life guards during high season. The Penon de Ifach Rock a famous landmark in Costa Blanca, can be walked or climbed. 
     
    Golf - Club de Golf La Sella - Denia - 30 mins drive. Javea Club - Javea - 20 mins drive. Ifach Club - Moraira - 15 mins drive.

    Local Calpe Club de Tennis 1km from villa. Montago National Park with beautiful scenery and views. For kids there is the Disney style Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia, Water Park and the Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine Park, all in Benidorm, about 20 mins drive. Safari parks at Aitana and Vergel. Waterfalls at Bolulla. Restaurants to suit all tastes. Old Town Calpe, old church and museum old houses and beautiful cobbled streets.
