Located in an exclusive, quiet residential area and close to the Sea, this impressive detached villa is set in its own beautiful tropical gardens with private swimming pool and BBQ area. It has fantastic views of the coast and the famous Penon de Ifach Rock. The sea is 200m away and a beach and small marina with 2 bar/restaurants is just a 3 minute walk. Another 3 restaurant /bars are a few minutes walk away as is a minimart for grocery shopping. The town of Calpe is a short drive, where you will find two golden sandy blue flag safe beaches, a modern marina next to the old fishing port. Calpe is rich in history and has an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, pavement cafes and interesting shopping. The Villa itself consists of 3 self contained apartments each with their own entrance. They can be rented throughout the year as one complete private unit sleeping a maximum of 14 or for a smaller group, on an apartment basis still with exclusive use of the Villa. There are 5 bedrooms incl a large family room, 4 lounges, 3 modern kitchens and bathrooms and sun terraces. There is heating for the cooler months. 
 
The top apartment consists of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, a large and airy lounge, a large enclosed naya (conservatory) leading onto the sunny roof terrace and a modern kitchen and large bathroom. 
 
The roof terrace with its amazing views of the Penon de Ifach Rock and the Sea basks in the sun from sunrise to sunset. 
 
The middle apartment also consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 being a very large family room with double bed and 2 single beds and a baby travel cot; the other a spacious twin with 2 single beds. A new bathroom and kitchen were recently installed to a high specification. 
 
The middle apartment also has a large airy lounge with a double comfortable sofabed with full sized mattress.  
 
A large open naya with its comfortable dining table and chairs overlooks the swimming pool and provides for al fresco dining and a shady place to rest from the sun whilst the children play in the pool under your watchful eye. 
 
There is also a studio apartment situated on the ground floor. It has 2 single beds that can connected if required; and its own modern kitchen and bathroom.  
 
All apartments have Satellite TV , DVD, Radio/CD players and have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. There are security safes available for your valuables. 
Outside, the villa boasts of a well maintained tropical garden with a beautiful private swimming pool area with stunning views and a shaded marble seating area.  
 
The impressive pool basks in the Spanish sun until sunset and is complete with sun loungers. There is also a marble seating area under the shady palm tree so perfect for a spot of lunch whilst the children swim. A perfect place for an evening apertif while gazing at the reflection of the setting sun on the Penon de Ifach Rock.  
 
The pool is only a few steps away from the studio apartment as is the driveway and garage area and so ideal for the more elderly guest.  
 
Prices are adjusted for fewer than 14 guests. Only one booked group will be staying at the Villa so even smaller groups will have sole exclusive use of the Villa.

A visit to picturesque Altea starts at the highest part of the town. From the Plaza de Nuestra Señora del Consuelo, boasting a church topped by unique blue and white tiled cupolas, a magnificent view over the district can be gained. Cobblestoned streets and steps descend the hill, flanked by whitewashed houses, which were once protected by town walls. At the foot of the hill is the fishermen's quarter with the seafront promenade.  
 
Located 25 km from Calpe, is the village of Guadalest. Occupying one of the most stunning positions in Spain, this small village is perched on the pinnacle of a granite mountain, giving fabulous views across the valley. 
 
Benidorm offers the younger guests some exciting nightlife while the old town has some interesting restaurants and bars for families. Close to Benidorm is a water park and theme park. Great for those days out away from the beach.
