This great new Town House comprises of a lounge/dining area with TV and DVD Player with patio doors leading to a terrace and and access to the communal garden which has access directly to the pool and communal gardens. The property has 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, plus 2 other twin rooms. a shower room, the kitchen is fully equipped with Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and guests toilet.

Activities
The city of Calpe is a near perfect combination of romantic village together with sun and beach. In between Altea to the south and Javea to the north, Calpe with its about 13 000 habitants is known for its rock called the penon de lfach.
The main attraction is undoubtedly the beautiful blue flag beaches with golden sand and crystal clear water. The whole resort of Calpe is dominated by the huge Peñon de Ifach, an enormous Gibraltar like rock which separates the two main beach areas of Playa la Fossa and Playa Cantal Roig.
The Peñon de Ifach is a Natural Park which is the symbol of the whole Costa Blanca. It is 332m high and extends for a kilometre out to sea. You can climb to the top from the information office at its base but whether you'd want to in the summer heat is another matter.
