The spacious Apartment is new, modern furnished and part of a private Villa, but completely separate and private on ground-floor. The Villa is located in a quiet, very nice, secure housing area just outside Calpe, with an only 10 min walk to the beaches and bays.
It has an easy access without any steps and stairs, ideal for children and disabled people.
It can be rent as a 1 or 2 bedroom accommodation. It contains of a spacious Lounge-Diner with a good size american kitchen, Sat-TV,DVD Player, Internet connection and Radio-CD Player. The double bedrooms have large build-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, the shower-bathrooms (one is on-suite)contain of showercabin, toilet and sink.The prices include the weekly Linen and Towels(2). The kitchen is well equipped with cooker and oven, Microwave, Toaster, electric kettle etc.
Outside the Apartment is a large area, surrounded by tropical gardens and terraces with a gas BBQ, leisure relaxing and ample, secure parking.
