Good wheelchair access, there are no steps into the aparment, only 2 steps to the terrace and also 2 lifts large enough to accommodate wheelchairs. 
 
Outside 
The apartment has lovely communal gardens with a large communal pool with lots of sunbeds to use free of charge, overlooking the Marina and the sea. Showers. 
 
Coast/Beach 
2 mins walk from nearest beach. The 3 beaches at Calpe are all blue flag certified and 2 are exremely beautiful and large. 
 
Golf 
15 minutes away from nearest golf course and 25 mins from at least 5 very good courses. 
 
Travel 
Alicante Airport is 40 mins, Valencia Airport is 1 hour 20 mins. 
Cheap car hire is an advantage. Can be booked from the airport or via internet before you arrive at the airport. 
 
Distances 
Calpe is about 20 min drive from Benidorm which houses Terra Mitica (Spain's version of Disney Land) Europe's biggest waterpark Aqualandia, and the newly opened Terra Natura Park (Safari). Altea is just 10 min drive and has one of the best preserved Old Towns in Spain with some of the best cuisine in the area, well worth a visit. Calpe also has it's own old town, must be seen! This is where they stage the bull run along the streets of Calpe old town, this is a must if you are in Calpe. 
 
Further details 
The area of Calpe has a fabulous old town with numerous good restaurants and bars, also a fantastic high street with the same plus numerous shops including designer shops. One of the beaches runs along the bottom of the High Street. There are numerous Fiestas including the bull run (not bull fighting), the Moors and Christians procession, firework displays of fantastic proportion (unlike any you would ever view in England), the list goes on...... 
 
Booking notes 
We would ask for a deposit of £150 which is fully refundable on your return once the cleaner has checked for any damage or abuse (unless you cancel). Full payment 6 weeks prior to flying. It is a condition of our accepting your booking that you have travel insurance and a maximum of 6 people at one time. 
 
Guest comments 
We have received a letter from nearly every guest to say how fantastically located the apartment is and what a fabulous time they had. 
 
Notes on accommodation 
Air-conditioning or central heating are optional at £25 per week, there is also covered parking which is also optional, charged at £15 per week. A cot can be provided on request £10 per week. High chair £5 per week. 
 
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - double bed. 
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds. 
Double sofa bed in the large lounge.  
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 bath/shower bidet and wc. 
Bathroom 2 cubicle shower and wc.  
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher etc.  
Living Rooms: TV, stereo system, sat/Sky system (you need to bring your own sky card and CDs), double sofa bed.  
Other: Massive Sun terrace 40m2 outside with table and chairs, overlooking marina, beaches and outdoor pool.  
Cleaning/towels/ 
linen/maid service: Towels are not included. 
Linen is included.

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.

Changeover day 
Please leave by 10am on the day of your departure to allow the cleaner to prepare for our next guest. If we do not have a booking directly after your booking we will inform you that you may stay on until your flight departs.

This apartment offers 2 large bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms together with fully equipped kitchen and expansive lounge (with the exception of the bathrooms, every room has a beautiful sea view) with patio doors leading out to a huge 50 m2 terrace that overlooks the beautiful beaches and has stunning views to the marina, mountains and you can even see Benidorm in the distance just sit back on the terrace and watch the fisherman sail in to the delighful portside.This is the most sought after location in Calpe has large communal pool and only 2 minutes walk to the beaches shops and bars.
