2 Bedroom Apartment in Calpe

The building Hipocampos is situated on the Levante Beach of Calpe and has direct access to the beach and the walking-promenade (no street in between!)It disposes of swimmingpool with sunterrace, sunscreens and sunlounges (+seperate part for small children). During the winter (between October and May) you can also injoy the heated swimmingpool with Spa!
The apartment with 2 bedrooms has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), one bathroom with bath, one bathroom with showe on suite, full-equiped kitchen, livingroom with access to the terrace and large terrace with views to the sea and the beach.
It has airconditioning and heating included in the price.
The decoration of the apartments is fresh with coulours and modern furniture.
The apartment also has TV-SAT and for english speaking clients we can put on request a Sky-box with basic card (without extra charge)

The Hipocampos building is situated on the beach, along the walking-promenade. You can find plenty of restaurants and shops on this promenade. Supermarkets are at about 150m and the pharmacy at 200m. The local bus stops at the back of the building. Parking and garage are extra (please, consult the prices) The heated swimmingpool has all kinds of jets so it's like one big jacuzzi! You can ask for extra cleaning: included in the prices are the cleaning at the beginning and at the end. Sheets and towels are weekly changed.

As Theme Park you have TerraMitica and the Zoo/Wildlife Park is called Terra Natura.
Also the aquatic park Aqualandia is very nice.
You can play tennis in one of our buildings or at the local tennisclub.
Calpe is very nice for climbing, hiking etc...
