Situated in a quiet residential area, this villa enjoys superb views of the Mediterranean Sea, Penon de Ifach (Calpe Rock) and surrounding mountains. 
The villa is detached and stands in its own spacious garden filled with mature plants, flowers and citrus trees. There is a large, stunning private pool at the front of the property which has a shallow area for children and steps for easy access. There is also lighting around the pool area. 
There is an outdoor BBQ and covered "naya" area - ideal for shade. There is also secure private parking. 
There is a large outdoor area equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs. There is also an outdoor shower. 
In the garage there is a washing machine and additional fridge. 
 
Accommodation is a first floor apartment situated in a private villa (downstairs is unoccupied). 
 
Master bedroom has double bed with ensuite wc, bath and shower. This bedroom enjoys its own private balcony. 
2 further twin bedrooms. 
Bathroom with wc and shower. 
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. 
 
Kitchen comprises electric hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. 
Open plan lounge/dining room with settee, chairs and dining table.

    • Calpe is an ideal resort for all types of holidays. There are two large sandy beaches separated by the huge Calpe Rock. There is a wide range of shops and plenty of restaurants to choose from. There is a large port with lots of fish restaurants. From the harbour there are boat trips around the rock and trips to Benidorm and Denia by sea. 
     
    The nearest theme park to Calpe is Terra Mitica which is located just off the A7 behind Benidorm. Also in Benidorm is Aqualandia, a large water park and Mundomar which is a marine park with dolphins. 
     
    Calpe is a super location, ideal for exploring the beautiful coastline or for heading inland to explore the small mountain villages and to take in the spectacular views.
