This delightful villa is situated on the quiet Urbanizacion of San Jose II, Cabo Roig and located a short walk from the popular Cabo Roig 'strip' with its varied bars and restaurants.
This is a two bedroom quad style villa, providing plenty of comfortable seating in the living area (sofa bed), along with satellite TV, dining table and chairs, patio area to the front of the property with outdoor table and chairs. There is a ground floor w.c. On the first floor is the family bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, one containing twin beds and the other with a double bed. There is a sunny balcony area off the double bedroom. There is also a lovely roof top solarium, ideal for sunbathing.

The villa is located a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, and is an ideal choice for families and small groups. This property has the added bonus of air conditioning, ceiling fans and satellite television. Off-road parking is also provided. There is a communal pool.

The area of Cabo Roig and La Zenia on the Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. You are also just a short journey from Villamartin Plaza with over 40 bars and restaurants and the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre with three floors of shops, restaurants, bars and family entertainment.

A beautiful marina has been developed on the cape of Cabo Roig with a tapas bar and restaurant between the beach and the marina giving a fabulous setting and wonderful views across the sea to La Manga to watch the sunset.

There are many beaches in the area, all with crystal clear waters and awarded the EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness. Many water sports including sailing, fishing, wind surfing, and, for the more adventurous, jet ski-ing, can be found in the area.

For the golf enthusiast, this is a prime area with golf being played all year, and offering championship courses in beautiful settings. Villamartin is less than 10 minutes by car, and within a further 15-20 minutes you can sample three other courses at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and the newly opened La Finca. All courses offer good golfing facilities, with varying difficulty to test all abilities. The world famous La Manga is also within 1 hour's drive.

The villa is a 20 minute drive from Murcia-San Javier Airport, and 45 minutes from Alicante, both of which are served by the major budget airlines.

Holiday guests wishing to use the air conditioning should request this on booking as there is an additional charge of €25 per week.

Airport transfers or competitive car hire can be arranged.

Booking deposit 50%. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200.

Please bring own beach towels.

A welcome pack containing 15 items can be arranged for your arrival at a cost of €28.
