Vacation Rental Description

The property has a front patio looking over the cummunal swimming pool and gardens. On the ground floor is a large lounge/dining room, a cloakroom and kitchen with access to a private rear courtyard set up for outdoor dining. The first floor has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and bidet. The double bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool with a view down to the sea. The top floor has a solarium, again with views of the pool and down to the sea.

Nearest Airport : Murcia at 20 kilometers distance;
Nearest Train Station : Torrevieja at 15 kilometers distance
Nearest Town : Cabo Roig at 0.2 kilometers distance
Travel Info: The house is in a premium location, just a few hundred yards from a huge variety of bars, restaurants, shops and banks. Murcia airport is the closest (about 20 minutes by car) but Alicante is less than an hour away. The couple who look after the house for us arrange airport transfers, transport to and from larger supermarkets and can purchase basic provisions if you require them.

£350 per Week

A non refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The balance of the rental payment is due 6 weeks before departure. We also ask for £100 deposit against damages or lost keys which is refunded after rental. The cleaning and laundry charges are payable locally on arrival to the couple who look after the house for us. The charge is 50 Euros for the end of let clean. Interim laundry charges can be arranged for 30 euros.
Our normal letting days are Saturday to Saturday. Mid-week lettings may have a surcharge if they result in un-usable periods. We will usually offer a discount for lets of 2 weeks or longer.
Airport transfers from Alicante or Murcia are also available.
