Vacation Rental Description
The front of the house has a private terrace also there is a walled back garden and private sun solarium. The house is fully furnished to a very high standard and includes a fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric cooker, fridge freezer, wine fridge, microwave toaster, kettle. Washing machine outside under worktop. The living room has a large bed settee which sleeps two, chair, TV/DVD player, CD player, selection of DVDs and CDs, air conditioning/heating unit. The dining area has table and four chairs.
The master bedroom comes with double bed and fitted wardrobe and air conditioning/heating, hair dryer. Patio window leading to balcony over looking the pool which has a small table and two chairs. The twin room comes with twin beds and fitted wardrobe, free standing fan. Also spare put-u-up bed. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs with wc and hand basin. All linen and towels or included in rental please bring own beach towels.
Extras include a travel cot, three wheeler buggy, gents and ladies full sets of golf clubs.

Our Recommendations!
There is an abundance of bars known as the Cabo Roig strip were you will find bars, restaurants, shops and internet cafe. Within a 5/10 minute walk are two of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Blanca, with the Marina and cliff walks. One of local bars is the Calypso Bar which has a soft play area, pool table, internet cafe and live music at night - great for all ages! Down at the beaches there is diving, boat trips and all the fun of the seaside.
There are also some of the best golf courses in spain eg villa matin, campomor, las ramblas, all within a 5 min drive, la finca and la manga are about 15/20 min drive with a wide choice of even more.
