A beautiful townhouse on a small urbanisation built in 2005. The shared swiming pool is right outside. Situated between the golden mile and the sea provides the perfect holiday home location. The golden mile is just a 2 minute walk away and offers a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, entertainment and shops. The seafront promenade is at the end of the road, just 200 yds away. There are 2 beaches within easy walking distance. The house is well furnished and has comfortable beds, air conditioning, satalite TV, a dish washer and washing machine. It has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a rooftop solarium and a furnished back garden for al fresco dining.

      High Season Price: £350 per Week
         

    A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The balance of the rental payment is due 6 weeks prior to departure. We also ask for a deposit of £100 against damages or lost keys which is refunded after the rental. The cleaning and laundry charges are paid locally to the couple who look after the house for us. The end of rental cleaning is 50 Euros. Interim laundry changes can be arranged at 30 Euros. Airport transfers can also be arranged.
