Casa LesMar is our well appointed coastal based three bedroom house which is available for holiday and long-term rental. The property is located on the edge of the exclusive area of Cabo Roig which is a picturesque peninsular in the heart of Southern Costa Blanca. Situated just off ‘The Strip’ on the N332 coastal road at the Vistamar Development, Aguamarina. A secure community development featuring a generous shared pool overlooking the sea. Immediately outside to the rear of the development is the coastal path offering excellent viewpoints and steps down to the sea. The nearest sandy beach (Playa De La Regia) can be reached in 10 minutes, on foot via the local roads. More beaches are close by. The house has a small secure driveway ideal to keep small children safe. Mini-markets, bars, restaurants and internet access are close by. 3 excellent golf course are a short drive away, namely Campoamar, Villamartin and Las Ramblas, further courses are also available along the coast.

    • Casa LesMar is a well appointed. The lounge has two sofas with cable TV showing a wide variety of channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and movies. There is also a DVD player and hi-fi. The kitchen is well appointed and leads to a gallerina where buckets and spades etc can be washed. Downstairs there is also a shower room with toilet and wash basin. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom and a smaller twin bedded room. Both have built in wardrobes / storage. Adjacent is the main bathroom with bath and overhead shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. On the upper floor is a genourous sized twin beded room with patio doors leading to a roof terrace equipped with a patio table and chairs and two sunloungers. All bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans for comfort and there are a couple of heaters for the cooler months. The pool is large and only two minutes walk, it also has sea views. Shops / bars a short walk away.

    • Nearest sandy beach is a 10 min walk. There are also other beaches within walking distance. The beaches have 'Blue Flag' awards for cleanliness. Loungers and umbrellas can be hired. The beach bars are open from Easter through to early November. The beaches have lifeguards & first aid cover during the months of July and August. The coast is directly behind the Vistamar urbanisation, offering superb viewpoints from the cliffs across the sea and towards Cabo Roig, Campoamar & La Manga.

    Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. You are renting the house by the night which gives good flexibility out of season as regards flights, sometimes it's cheaper to stay an extra night for the bargain flight price. We will consider discounts for long-lets, particularly Nov to Feb. A 20% rental fee deposit secures a booking. Balance due 6 weeks before departure. A refundable £100 damage / key loss deposit is also taken. 60 Euros is payable locally for meet & greet at the property, hand over of keys & cleaning. Rental fees (High season is Saturday change over): November 09 - March 2010 £23 per night (£161 wk) April - May £30 per night (£210 wk) June £33 per night (£231 wk) July £42 per night (£294 wk) August £46 per night (£322 wk) September £31 per night (£217 wk) Oct 2010 - March 2011 £27 per night (£189 wk) Payments payable to Lesley A. O'Dell Rent includes towels and linen. Use your towels for beach and pool.
