Front line townhouse with lovely sea views of La Manga. This property is ideal for family beach holidays and golfing groups. It shares a large communal 'clover leaf' swimming pool infront of the townhouse. The accommodation is over three floors; on the ground floor is the living / dining area with adjoining fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, all on one landing. The top floor has a bedroom which looks out through French windows to the large solarium balcony. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron and board. The dining table seats six. Ideal for large groups and golfing parties 
 
Located near to Cabo Roig, the area benefits from numerous modern bars, restaurants, large supermarkets, small shops and banks, which are all within easy walking distance. There is parking available nearby, and the road leads directly to the sea and the promenade. Local activities for all the family including horse riding, go-karting, scuba diving and sea fishing. Buses are available regularly during the day to Torrevieja, which is a lively town with its street markets and resident funfair, cosmopolitan shops & restaurants.  
 
We have 6 townhouses which can be booked all together or separately. Ideal for large families or golfing parties. Cabo Roig, Aguamarina. The villa is located just off the N332 costal road, which is 50 mins from Alicante airport and 15 mins from Murcia airport. There are local activities for all the family including horse riding, go-karting, scuba diving and sea fishing and aqua park (Aqualandia). The blue flag beaches are within walking distance - Cabo Roig (5 minutes) and Campoamor (10 minutes). La Zenia (5 minutes drive). Communal pool is on the doorstep. The Championship Golf courses of VillaMartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are only a 5 minute drive away with a further 15 Golf courses with a 45 minute drive including Roda, La Finca, La Sella La Manga etc...

				Low Season Price:	£350 per Week
				High Season Price:	£550 per Week

The rates apply to the whole property per week regardless of the number of occupants. £100 booking deposit is required at time of booking (non refundable) with the balance due eight weeks before date of departure. €300 refundable damage waver is payable on arrival. This will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection and the return of the keys. Price includes cleaning, laundry and provision of bathroom towels. Cot & Highchair rental is available if requested in advance. Welcome packs can be ordered for your arrival, idea if you are arriving late or on a Spanish holiday. Discounts apply for long term rentals, Check in from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check out by 10:00 am. This can be flexible if the house is not required on the day of arrival. A £20:00 or €30:00 is required if you need the townhouse after 10:00 am on the day of departure. Distance to Alicante airport - 60 Km; Distance to Murcia airport - 20 Km.
