Vacation Rental Description
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, with en-suite shower room. Safe for your valuables and piece of mind. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds with wardrobe and drawer space.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: newly fitted shower and vanity unit.
Bathroom 2: shower room en-suite to bedroom 1
Kitchen: This is a fully equipped, newly fitted kitchen. Gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It's light and bright.
Utility Room: A seperate utility room has boiler and washing machine and space to hang washing.
Living Rooms: The living area has a lovely new leather 3 piece suite, large TV with satellite. Dining table and chairs are between living area and balcony. Air-conditioning/heater.
Other: Large balcony with large patio table and chairs to the rear of the property overlooks gardens, tennis courts and pool area. Front patio is large with lots of tropical plants. Great for sitting out to have early morning breakfast!
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provide on a weekly basis (including beach towels). The property is cleaned on changeover.
Accessibility
Access to and from the carpark has one step up to path and then one step up to apartment. Access to tennis courts, pool and walking is via several long steps as it inclines slightly up hill. The area itself is slightly hilly.
Outside
Beautiful gardens surround the apartment. They are mature and well maintained, with coloured and scented flowers in abundance. The front patio has a large BBQ, table, chairs and umbrella.
Coast/Beach
In addition to the lovely Capitan and Cabo Roig beaches that are in front of the apartment there are further beaches in Cabo Roig from just a 5 minute walk away. The popular La Zenia beach is just around the headland. The Orihuela Costa has a massive 16km of coastline with coves of transparent waters and fine sand. Prestigious beaches such as Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, Dehesa de Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. These beaches are awarded the Blue Flag year after year.
Golf
There are four world class golf clubs all within 30 minute drive of the apartment - Villamartin being the closest at only 5 minutes.
Travel
Alicante is the largest of the two local airports, it is approx 45 minutes to the north. Murcia (san Javier) is smaller but much easier, it is approx 15-20 minutes to west. Car hire is available from either airports. . Please ask for more details. The apartment has all amentities local so a car is not essential. Pick up from airports are available please ask for more details.
Distances
There are a number of historic cities within an hour's drive of Cabo Roig - Murcia, Cartagena, Orihuela, Elche and Alicante. Also La Manga and the Mar Menor are well worth a visit.
Further details
There are a couple of mini-supermarkets just outside the apartment, including a 24hr one; they stock everything you could possibly need for your holiday. There are also several major shops and well known supermarkets all within the local area. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and nightlife all within walking distance from the apartment.
Everyday you can visit the Spanish markets in a different town. The local farmers bring their fresh produce and sell it themselves. Local crafts and clothes are in abundance, you could get caught up for hours!
The famous Salt Lakes and Nature Reserves of Torrevieja must be seen. The lovely pink flamingo's and other local birds can be spotted.

Activities
Special interest holidays
Take a ride in the Spanish countryside - within a 5 minute car ride is The Ranch at Campoamor. There is also Club Hipco near Villamartin, El Rancho at Los Montesinos and El Refugio Guardamar.
Scuba diving - if you are on holiday in Cabo Roig and interested in taking scuba diving course, you can do it in Playa Flamenca under the supervision of PADI professionals. For advanced divers they have trips to several wrecks and the marine reserve. They also offer escorted dive trips from shore, boat diving and night diving.
Water park - located in Torrevieja just 15 minutes drive away.
Safari park - located in Elche just 40 minutes north of the apartment.
Bike hire - there are a couple of bike hire companies which hire out all types of family bikes. They will drop off and collect from the apartment.
