250m from the rocky beach at Cabo Roig, but the blue flag beaches of La Zenia and Canpoamor are only a 2 mins drive away. 
 
Golf 
Only a few minutes away are the championship golf courses of Villamartin (Spain) +34 966 765170. Set in a pine forest the course has been used for many top professional tournaments. Las Ramblas (Spain) +34 965 322011. A very well planned course taking full advantage of the natural countryside.  
Campoamor (Spain) +34 965 321366 Picturesque course set in a valley surrounded by breathtaking views of the hills.  
There are a further 10 plus golf courses within 1 hour drive. 
 
Special interest holidays 
The apartment ideally located for beach, golfing and mountaineering holidays. It is only 500m from the sea and is close to sandy beaches of La Zenia and Campoamor. The dramatic coastline of Cabo Roig has a rocky beach. The championship golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within a 5 minute drive. La Manga peninsula and the Mar Menor are 45 minutes away. Nearby facilities include large supermarkets, small shops and banks. Many bars, restaurants and shops are on your doorstep. 
 
Travel 
Murcia airport is a 15 minute drive. 
Alicante airport is a 1 hour drive. 
Car hire is not necessary but please email me for a very competitive price. 
 
Distances 
Each town has its own special Spanish flavour and a visit is recommended. Close by is the Orihuela Costa Resort leisure complex with its superb facilities including large pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, sauna, bars and restaurant. Health: The area is ranked as 'the healthiest place in the world to live' by the World Health Organisation. 
 
Local Activities: cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, swimming, tennis. 
 
Further details 
Terra Mitica is the new Spanish Theme Park opened in July 2000. It is billed as the Mediterranean's largest theme park. On entering Terra Mitica you are swept back to the Mediterranean world of mythical civilisations to experience ancient legends and mysteries.

Nearby facilities include large supermarkets, small shops and banks. Many bars, restaurants and shops are on your doorstep. There is a large swimming pool for residents only. The complex is very safe and secure with 24 hour CCTV and large lounge area for residents only. A car is not necessary as we have everything on our doorstep. Airports: Alicante - 45 minutes; Murcia - 15 minutes away. We now can provide bed and breakfast to your room if required, and if you wish to go half board, dinners can be provided in a 1st class restaurant. For the golfers we can also book your tees at the many local courses.

				Season Rate
				Low Season Price:	£225 per Week
				High Season Price:	£325 per Week

The rates apply to the whole property per week regardless of the number of occupants. £100 booking deposit is required at time of booking (non-refundable) with the balance due 8 weeks before date of departure. 100 euros refundable damage waver is payable on arrival. This will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection and the return of the keys. Price includes cleaning, laundry and provision of bathroom towels. For long weekends the cleaning charge will be paid by the tenant. There is an extra charge of 30 euros per week for the air conditioning.
