This is a very nicely presented two bedroom apartment in the Bella Vista I complex at Cabo Roig Beachside, Costa Blanca South, with outdoor furniture to the balcony off the living area, which provides sea views across to La Manga. This is a great place to dine al fresco or to sit with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the evening sun.

This first floor apartment is furnished to a very good standard and is fitted with air conditioning/heating. In the living area there are two comfy sofas, and a TV with DVD player.

The complex also offers private beach access which takes you straight down to a private cove, which in turn gives access to the public beach.

A beautiful marina has been developed on the cape of Cabo Roig with a tapas bar and restaurant between the beach and the marina giving a fabulous setting and wonderful views across the sea to La Manga to watch the sunset.

The apartment is situated 25 minutes by car from Murcia-San Javier Airport, and 45 minutes from Alicante. Both airports are served by all the major budget airlines.

There are many beaches in the area, all with crystal clear waters and awarded the EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness. Many water sports including sailing, fishing, wind surfing, and, for the more adventurous, jet ski-ing, can be found in the area.

The resort of Los Alcazares, which is situated on the Mar Menor, is around 25 minutes by car. This is the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe, offering warm seas, safe-bathing and is also a haven for lovers of water sports.

For the golf enthusiast, this is a prime area with golf being played all year, and offering championship courses in beautiful settings. Villamartin is less than 10 minutes by car, and within a further 15-20 minutes you can sample three other courses at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and the newly opened La Finca. All courses offer good golfing facilities, with varying difficulty to test all abilities. The world famous La Manga is also within 1 hour's drive.

The newly fitted kitchen is fully fitted to include oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sun loungers are also provided.

There are two bedrooms, one with double bed, and one with twin beds. Both have built-in wardrobes. The fully fitted bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath. A safe is installed to bedroom one.

Urbanizacion Bella Vista I is a secure gated complex offering off-road parking. There is a large communal pool which also incorporates a separate children's pool area. There is also a play area close by.

Weekly prices are inclusive of linen and cleaning charge.

Holiday guests wishing to use the air conditioning/heating should request this on booking as there is an additional charge of 25€ per week.

Booking deposit 50%. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200.

Please bring own beach towels.

A welcome pack containing 15 items can be arranged for your arrival at a cost of €28.

Competitive car hire or airport transfers can be arranged.
