We are located in the Sierra Bernia mountain range, about 20 minutes from the beach. The villa is on a large piece of private property, adjacent to the quaint little village of Bolulla.

Because of the ideal climate, in our Costa area, sports teams, such as Tour de France bicycling teams, practice here year round. In the area we have several horse ranches where one may rent a horse by the hour or the day.
The village of Bolulla,a mere 10 minute stroll, down the mountain, has most of the amenities that one would need, such as a doctor, pharmacy, church, a barber, a "supermercado", 2 restaurants and 300 friendly neighbors.
20 minutes, by car or bus, towards the coast is Benidorm, with it's famous beaches, night life, pubs, clubs, bars and restaurants.

The villa is situated in the Sierra Bernia Mountain range, on a hill top and next to a valley. The clear water, natural stream below is heard trickling it's way to the Bolulla river. The villa was home to an artist atelier as well as a cooking school.

Our large villa will accommodate up to 22 people. Charge for groups of up to 16 is 1500 Euros per week. For groups up to 18, 1750 Euros and 19 or more 2000 euros. A 50% deposit is required by bank transfer and the remainder 50% 30 days prior to arrival. A damage/security deposit of 1000 euros, in cash, is required upon arrival and will be refunded in cash, or in case of early departure, via bank transfer, hence bank transfer and account numbers are required. A cleaning fee of 250 Euros applies to any size group.
