Situated in an excellent location overlooking the town of Benitachell, within ten minutes of Moraira and Javea, this is a modern villa which offers accommodation of superb quality.  
 
The property is on two levels with internal & external stairs, private parking being accessed via electrically operated gates adjacent to the lower level entrance. Accommodation on the upper level consists of a large living room with stunning views, American kitchen, dining area and wc/cloakroom. Through sliding glass doors from the living room & kitchen there is a delightful terrace which has been furnished so guests can dine, or sit outside next to the pool. Also from the living room, there is a west facing balcony, perfect for taking in the beautiful sunsets. 
 
Whether inside or not, the vista is breathtaking: the village of Benitachell in mid-view and in the distance the Bernia mountains and the spectacular Montgo and Javea bay. A curved staircase leads to the lower level where there are 3 bedrooms, one with double-beds, and two with adjoining twins. The bedding is of superior quality and like everything else in the property is brand-new. There are also two beautifully furnished bathrooms, one en-suite with shower and bidet and the other with full size bath and shower fitment. 
 
The master bedroom has French windows leading directly onto a terraced area with steps leading up to the poolside terrace. From here there is a panoramic view of the surrounding area and a delightful terraced area for sun-bathing situated around a kidney-shaped pool (23 x 11 foot) which has roman steps and under-water lighting. There is also an enclosed external shower and built in barbecue. The furniture on the upper terrace consists of 6 sun-loungers, table and 6 chairs and thus provides a superb location for meals and drinks. 
 
Hot water is provided in unlimited quantity from a gas "combi" boiler. This system also provides under-floor central heating which warms the floor tiles throughout the villa for really cosy winter lets. The villa comes equipped with digital satellite TV/radio, video player, mini CD hi-fi, electric hob & oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron, etc, etc… 
 
It is within 10-15 minutes driving time from the sandy beaches of Moraira and Javea and nearer still to the magnificent Moraig beach below Cumbre del Sol. Javea golf club is just 5 minutes drive away. The nearest restaurant is 2 minutes drive.

The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be a small refundable security/damage deposit required.And also a final clen charge of £35. Flexible change over days, enabling you to minimise you flight costs as Saturdays can be the most expensive day of the week. It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
