This is a superb villa in an excellent location outside Benitachell, between Moraira and Javea. Romeros 23 is a modern detached villa which offers accommodation of quite exceptional quality. The property is on two levels with internal stairs & private parking adjacent to the gated entrance. Accommodation on the upper level consists of a large living/dining room with panoramic views, American kitchen and wc/cloakroom. Through sliding glass doors from the living room there is an open balcony & terrace. 
 
Whether inside or not, the vista is breathtaking: a wide, open valley with orchards of citrus and almond in the foreground, the hill village of Benitachell in mid-view and in the distance the Bernia mountains and spectacular Montgo. A curved staircase leads to the lower level where there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and the other with bunk beds. There also two beautifully furnished bathrooms, one with a bath & shower over and the other (en suite to the double room) with a large walk-in shower.  
 
Outside there is a large area for sun-bathing situated around a curved pool which has roman steps and under-water lighting. There is also an external shower. The poolside terrace is generously supplied with poolside furniture. The charcoal fired BBQ completes the poolside area, a great location for eating and drinking or just relaxing and taking in the view.  
 
Hot water is provided in unlimited quantity from a gas "combi" boiler. The gas is sourced centrally so there are no gas bottles to worry about. A gas under-floor heating system warms the floor tiles throughout the villa for really cozy winter lets. 
 
 
The villa comes equipped with digital satellite TV/radio, video player, gas hob, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, etc, etc. All brand new. 
Number 23 is within 10-15 minutes driving time from the sandy beaches of Moraira and Javea and nearer still to the magnificent Moraig beach below Cumbre del Sol. Javea golf club is just 5 minutes drive away. The nearest restaurant is also within 5 minutes drive.

The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be a small refundable security/damage deposit required.And also a final clean charge of £35. Flexible change over days, enabling you to minimise you flight costs as Saturdays can be the most expensive day of the week. It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
