Vacation Rental Description

The spacious villa is tastefully & luxuriously furnished. Light,sunny triple aspect, takes advantage of breathtaking panoramic views of terracing,mountains,sea & Calpe Rock. Set in exclusive La Vina area of high class villas,ideal for those looking for a relaxing break away from, but easily accessible to, busy tourist areas & beautiful sandy beaches, villages & attractions.

Benissa is a quiet Spanish village, major attractions within 15-20 minutes drive. Nearest coast 5 minutes drive, beaches at Benissa coast/Calpe/Moraira are 7-10 minutes. All boast Blue Flag beaches (secluded bays, warm shallow water-safe bathing, beautiful, clean, golden sand, life guards). Night life,bars, fabulous reasonably priced restaurants, discos, bowling, supermarkets, train station,cinemas in towns - Benissa, Fustera, Teulada, Calpe, Moraira (all within 5-15 minutes.) Seaside resort of Javea (15 minutes). With Marinas and beaches - Altea (15 mins) & Moraira (10 mins). Airports Alicante/Valencia are 50 minutes/just over 1 hour drive – one straight road. Benidorm is 20-25 minutes by car, for nightlife, shows, clubs, hyper-markets, bars,restaurants, Terra Mitica,Terra Natura, Mundomar & Aqualandia theme/animal/water parks. 3 local golf courses range from standard to deluxe. Also caves, horse riding, tennis, carting & numerous other activities and places to visit.

The ‘local’ is Bar Canis 2 minute drive or 20 walk – fabulous food,speciality tapas, famous for Paella – where the locals eat.

Parking for 1 car in villa grounds, plenty more outside on the deserted road. The property benefits from central heating (radiators). The villa is divided in 2 apartments with balconies surrounding.

Top apartment: 1 double bedroom (king sized wrought iron bed); 1 single bedroom (wrought iron bed) - beautifully presented - fitted wardrobes, dressing table, drawers etc. Double futon (sleeps 2) in recessed area of large lounge/diner. 42" Plasma TV, PC, Braodband, video/DVD library, HiFi, log burning fire, cream leather suite. Beautiful bathroom has bath, shower, large basin, loo & mood lighting.
Kitchen is stunning contemporary sleek burgundy gloss- granite tops, chrome kick panels + lighting to illuminate floor, under pelmet/cabinet lighting, soft close drawers, pull out tap. Stainless steel accessories, fully integrated appliances, microwave, electric ceramic hob, oven, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, grinder, griddle, kettle, juicer. Beautiful Italian dining suite, various patio/bistro sets on balconies/round pool for alfresco dining. Brick & gas BBQs,ceramic patio set on pool side.

Lower apartment: 3 large bedrooms “wow factor” en suites. Master suite- super-king sized cream leather sleigh bed, cream gloss furniture. Ensuite- 6ft round bath, rain head shower, from bath you can see view down to the sea through huge arched window, his/hers marble table top basins, loo, bidet, mirrored dressing table. Double doors to partially covered balcony, sofa to watch the sun go down.

2nd bedroom: king sized wrought iron 4 poster, solid Mexican pine furniture, patio doors onto veranda. En-suite has contemporary free standing bath, loo(soft close seat), his/hers table top basins, view of pool through huge arched window.

3rd bedroom:3 wrought iron single beds. En-suite - wet room style glass waterfall shower, counter top glass basin + waterfall tap, loo(soft close seat)

Bathrooms- heated towel rails, tiled floors (master has underfloor heating). Rest of apartment laminate flooring. Living area open plan comprising oak, leather/suede dining suite, cream gloss kitchen+appliances, leather single sofa bed. Laundry room- deep sink, washer/dryer. Entrance naya with table, chairs & dresser - sun trap for breakfast/to watch the sun go down!

High Season Price : £225 per Day
Prices include cleaning before/after, laundry change weekly, services of local multi-lingual agent who will meet guests at Juntion 63 of the A7/E15 at Benissa.

(Supplement 25 euros for arrivals after 10pm & departure check outs before 7am, paid locally.)

Winter supplement for gas central heating - 70 euros per week paid locally.

We are happy to accommodate mid week change-overs to help with budget airline flights.

Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure or paid locally in euros on arrival as negotiated
