The villa has everything you need including Satellite tv, large sunny terrace, outside kitchen/bbq area, sun loungers, private gardens and lovely views. Perfectly positioned for the beaches of Albir and Benidorm with golf courses within easy access. A large villa which is fully furnished and fitted to very good standards. There is plenty of parking around and enclosed parking for 2 cars. Gas central heating is available for the winter months.

The well fitted kitchen leads to a small lounge where there are 2 sofa beds available should extra guests be required. The large lounge is comfortably furnished and there is a dining table which seats 6 people. Doors from the lounge open to the terrace and pool area. You will find one double bedroom with en-suite facilities and 3 further twin rooms plus a family bathroom.

Outside there is plenty of space for soaking up the sun with garden to the front and back. There is a roof terrace and an enclosed private pool with safety gate. The outside kitchen has BBQ area and is perfect for dining Al Fresco.

A car is recommended to visit the resorts of Benidorm, Albir and the tourist attractions of Guadalest and the Algar water falls. Nearby you will also find the attractions of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and the water parks of Aqualandia and Aqua Natura and we can offer you discounts on your entry tickets.

We are able to provide you with extra services during your stay, if you require bicycle or car hire, airport transfers, baby equipment including push chairs, cots and high chairs, safe or hairdryer, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange these for you. We can arrange grocery packs for your arrival as well as special occasion flowers, chocolates and champagne, we also have discounts available on local shows and attractions and why not book our chef to come to the house and cook you traditional Spanish tapas and paella or to organise you a BBQ.

We are able to arrange car hire, Airport Transfers, baby equipment and any other requirements you may have.
A 20% deposit (minimum 250 euros) reserves accommodation with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival date. All bed linen and towels are provided however, a small charge will be made for departure clean and laundry.

Long stay Winter Rentals are available between October and May please ask for details.
