Vacation Rental Description
The apartment is situated on the third floor with all amenties surrounding it including a regular bus service, shops, restaurants, banks and the local market.The property will comfortably sleep 4 people with a double bedroom and twin room both having plenty of wardrobe space and there is a spacious bathroom with shower over the bath.The lounge has wall mounted flat screen TV with digital box providing multi language channels, DVD and a music centre, there is also hot and cold air conditioning installed. A lovely modern leather sofa offers comfortable seating for everyone. The dining area has seating for four people comfortably and there are doors leading to the terrace which has sea and mountain views. The kitchen is well equipped and has microwave, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. Outside is a lovely garden area planted with tropical trees and shrubs and a large swimming pool with childrens area which has a lifeguard on duty during peak season. There is plenty of parking available with this apartment on the roadside.
Facilities
Linen and towels are included. Mid week cleaning and laundry services can be arranged if required together with Welcome grocery packs. We can arrange all baby equipment, safe hairdryer, bicycle hire, for all your requirements please ask us for details. We request that smoking is restricted to the balcony area.
Activities
La Cala bay offers beautiful beach, many bars, restaurants, shops and some entertainment. Benidorm is just a short bus ride away for the Old Town and all the entertainment on offer. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are a short bus ride from this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. La Marina Centre close by offers cinemas, 10 pin bowling, restaurants, bars and lots of shops.
Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. The nearest beach of La Cala is a short walk from the apartment.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy reach from this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally. Travel Options

- Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65A (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65A following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. You can also access the property from the coastal N332 road. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is La Marina Shopping Cetre station. The property is approximately 10 minutes taxi ride from here. We are happy to arrange your airport transfer or daily or weekly car hire.

We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way, car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, welcome food packs, cycle hire and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details. Departure clean included. All bedding and towels are provided in this property however a small per person charge is made for the laundry, please ask for details. The air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter - 1€ will give you either 1 1/2 hours of coolness or heat for the full apartment. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 350 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
