Located in the new Gemelos 28 buildings at the end of Levante beach, its just a short walk to all this popular resort has to offer. The apartment is newly built and furnished and is new for the 2013 season. The situation of the building could not be any better for amazing panoramic views of the surrounding mountains down to the sands on Levante beach and even towards Alicante.

This apartment is luxurious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could need during your holiday or long winter stay. You will not get bored of the views from the wonderful terrace which can be used all through the year thanks to the clever glass curtains.

The kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher both hidden behind kitchen unit doors. You will also find, the normal, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a good size fridge freezer.

The lounge is very comfortable with large flat screen TV and leather sofa which will also become a sofa bed for an additional two guests if required. The TV offers Spanish digital channels which enables you to change the language back to the original versions for films and programs.

Sliding doors open onto the terrace which has been furnished as a dining room, seating 4 people very comfortably plus there is an additional two leather swivel chairs to help you relax and take in the views.

The terrace has been cleverly glazed with glass curtains making this ideal for the winter months to trap the heat and create a conservatory style room. During the summer, just tilt the glass panels all the way back to provide a full open terrace. As the terrace is very sunny, we have also installed a very functional sun blind which again can be positioned as needed or hidden away for maximum sun exposure! Both the lounge and terrace have hidden LED lights around the ceiling, which are multi-coloured and change colour to add mood and ambience for the evenings.

The bedroom also has sliding doors opening to the terrace which will give a bedroom with a view! There are two single beds together on a double base with an electric, remote control panel to lift either the head or foot of the bead to give maximum comfort. You will also find fitted wardrobes.

There is a shower room which is as luxurious as the rest of the apartment with a large double shower cubicle and modern fittings throughout.

Guests are free to use the gymnasium area or you can relax in the jacuzzi, sauna or never ending pool or just blend into the sea in the outdoor infinity pool. Close to the glorious golden beaches that this mediterranean coastline is famous for, you will also find bars restaurants, shops and entertainment, watersports, markets and much much more which makes the resort of Benidorm popular with all ages and all nationalities.

An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental although a car is not essential at this property. Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy reach from this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat.
