The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped for your stay and will ensure you have a fabulous holiday at any time of the year. Close to the glorious golden beaches that this Mediterranean coastline is famous for, you will also find bars restaurants, shops and entertainment, water-sports, markets and much much more which makes the resort of Benidorm popular with all ages and all nationalities.
A car is not essential but would be good to ensure you can also visit the other nearby towns with a wealth of history and interest to enjoy.
The furnishings have been carefully selected and are modern and chic. A flat screen TV offers multi language channels and the sofabed can accommodate up to 2 additional guests.
The kitchen is well equipped for your stay and has all appliances included, microwave, kettle, etc.
The master bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and there is a lovely modern en suite bathroom with shower over the bath. There are patio doors from the bedroom leading to a private balcony with wonderful views.
The second bedroom has twin beds and plenty of wardrobe space. There is a further shower room.
The terrace is well furnished with table and chairs to relax and enjoy the wonderful views.
There is a lovely outside communal pool if you don´t fancy a trip to the beach, the pool is on two levels with a cascade feature. Also you can use the gymnasium if you have the energy or the paddle tennis courts. You will also find a large sunbathing terrace to enjoy and lots of shady areas if it all gets too much.
Lots of outside space to enjoy together with childrens play area.
Facilities
We can provide baby equipment, midstay clean and laundry service, Welcome Packs, bicycle hire, etc. please ask for details. Air conditioning is payable locally by coin operated meter, 1 €uro will last 1 1/2 hours for the full apartment. Somking is restricted to the balcony area. For the keep fit addict there is a gymnasium within the complex for you to enjoy!
Activities
Benidorm itself is a year round favourite for all ages, it has everything to offer from fantastic restaurants offering the days catch from the fishing boats, great shopping, professional entertainment and Blue Flag award winning beaches. Just a 400M walk from the apartment to the beach - please bear in mind the return is uphill, and would not be suitable for anybody with walking or breathing difficulties.
There are plenty of places to visit such as Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park and much more.
For the golf enthusiast there are several courses within easy reach.
This area is now very popular with walkers, cyclists and rock climbers.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy reach from this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally. Travel Options

- Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65 following the signs to Benidorm centre. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Benidorm, you can take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged from as little as 60€ for 4 people including luggage. We can also arrange daily or weekly car rental although a car is not essential at this property. Alternative airport is Valencia which is just 1 hour 20 minutes from this property - check out flight offers and bargains available with your local low cost airline.

We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way, car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, welcome food packs, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings, cycle hire and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details. All bedding and towels are provided in this property, a small charge is made for the laundry on departure. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 250 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit, credit card or bank transfer.
