Casa Bahia Vista is located within easy acess of the amenities of the Sierra Cortina Resort and Benidorm.
Vacation Rental Description
Located just a short walk from the popular Sierra Cortina Spa Resort, our lovely house is in a quiet cul de sac just a short drive from Benidorm with its award winning beaches, shopping and lively entertainment. The theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura are also close by as are the water parks and shopping facilities at La Marina Shopping Centre. The house is spacious, on four floors with private garden, roof terrace and is beautifully furnished throughout. There are large rooms and bedrooms with terraces, sea views, pool views and views of the mountains behind. The front door of the house leads to a wide mezzanine hallway with a useful guests cloakroom. Stairs take you down to the air conditioned lounge and dining room which has doors opening to the garden. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests as well as comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a dining table seating 6 people.
The kitchen is also large and well fitted with lots of cupboard space and appliances including dishwasher and fridge freezer and the separate utility room houses the washing machine.
Stairs lead up to the middle floor where there are three large air conditioned bedrooms all with terrace and fitted wardrobes.
The front bedroom terrace has lovely sea views and views of the swimming pool and the spacious master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, there is also a family bathroom on this floor. A further staircase goes up to the roof terrace which is furnished and very private and again has sea and mountain views. The garden is split into three levels. The upper level which leads from the lounge is furnished and also has a BBQ for you to enjoy. There is a lower level which has a gate leading to the pool and down again to a private area which has a lovely water feature.
The communal swimming pool is a lovely lagoon style and there is plenty of grass area to soak up the sun. You will also find tennis courts for your enjoyment.
Facilities
We are able to provide you with extra services during your stay, if you require bicycle or car hire, airport transfers, baby equipment including push chairs, cots and high chairs, safe or hair-dryer, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange these for you. We can arrange grocery packs for your arrival as well as special occasion flowers, chocolates and champagne, we also have discounts available on local shows and attractions and why not book our chef to come to the house and cook you a traditional Spanish tapas and paella or to organise and cook you a BBQ.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are easily reached in well under an hour.
La Marina Centre just a 5 minutes drive away has ten-pin bowling, cinemas, shopping. An 18 hole pitch and putt course great for all the family close by.

Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally. Travel Options

- Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65A (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 5 minutes from junction 65A following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the La Marina Shopping Centre station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. We are happy to help you with airport transfers and car hire, book a car door to door from just 60€ for 4 people including luggage.

We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way (please ask prices for larger parties), car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, welcome food packs, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings, cycle hire and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details. All bedding and towels are provided in this property, however a small per person charge is made for the laundry on departure. Departure clean included in all prices quoted. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 350 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
