Our lovely two storey house is really spacious and has great views from its fantastic terrace which leads from the lounge. Comfortably furnished throughout, the property has private parking, hot and cold air conditioning, well fitted kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms. 
Located in the popular resort of Sierra Cortina, there is plenty to do. You can choose from one of the two swimming pools within the complex or walk accross the road to the spa centre where you will find WIFI access, sport and restaurant facilities. There is also an 18 hole pitch and putt course on site and a further 18 hole course within a 2 minute drive. A fantastic property to enjoy at any time of the year. 
The entrance hall leads to a lovely spacious and very light lounge with comfortable sofas, TV with multi language channels and large sliding doors opening to the wonderful sunny terrace. There is also a dining table seating 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is really well equipped for your stay and has dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich toaster and more. On the entrance floor you will also find a useful guests cloakroom. 
 
Stairs lead you up to the first floor where there are 3 very good sized bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom which is a double room,has dressing area and a lovely e-suite bathroom with shower over the jacuzzi bath and "his & hers" vanity sinks. The second bedroom is a double room and the third room has twin beds. There is also a family shower room. 
Outside and to the front of the property is grass and the garden is fully enclosed and maintained. The rear of the property, leading from the lounge, has a very good sizd and sunny terrace which is furnished with table and chairs plus lounger chairs and electric BBQ. There are wonderful views and sea views from the terrace.  
 
There is private and secure parking with the property and two lovely communal pools both set in landscaped gardens with plenty of space for sun bathing.

The air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter - 1€ will give you 1 1/2 hours of coolness or heat for the full house. A mini mid stay clean and laundry change can be arranged, please ask if required.

The property is close to the theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura Animal and Water park. Villaitana Golf is just a short distance away too. On site there is a Spa Centre with gymnasium, indoor pool and jacuzzi, tennis and paddle tennis available, WIFI and cafe bar, restaurant facilities. 
 
This area of the Costa Blanca is popular amongst cyclists, walkers, rockclimbers and other adventure sports. 
Watersports can be found in the harbour at Benidorm or Albir and Altea.

• Travel Info: Fly into Alicante on some of the great airlines that run a daily service and often have some great offers. Drive North for approximately 45km using the AP7 motorway, exit at Junction 65A. Just a short drive from here, less than 5 minutes, you will reach the property. Alternatively why not book an airport transfer taking you door to door from only 60€ for 4 people. Valencia is also becoming a popular airport for the Costa Blanca and following the coatal route, you could be here in around 1.5 hours.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy reach from this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally.
