If you are two families looking for separate accommodation but close to each other, look no further, next door can sleep 4 persons (total party of 10 can be accommodated)

The house is located in a quiet residential area on the resort of Sierra Cortina which has lots to offer including, Spa Centre with beauty treatments, gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, tennis and short tennis and you will also find a great restaurant and cafe bar with a fabulous relaxing terrace. WIFI is available at the property.
A short walk from the house is the new 18 hole pitch and putt golf course and a further restaurant to enjoy.

A bus service to the theme parks runs regularly in the Summer months and in addition there are buses to the town of Benidorm and the shopping mall. La Marina shopping offers, supermarkets, fashion shops, childrens area and cinema. Beaches are close by making the resort of Sierra Cortina a perfect destination for your Costa Blanca holiday.
The lovely large hallway gives your first glimpse of the spaciousness of this house. Through to the lounge where you will find modern furniture and bright colours which are reflected throughout. A 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofa in white looks out onto the terrace and private garden area. There is a large flat screen TV with satellite system and some UK channels, cd player, DVD and floor standing lamps to compliment the setting.
A glass dining table seats 4 people and additional chairs are provided.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with appliances and everything you would hope to find for your stay. There is a separate utility room with washing machine. On the entrance floor is a useful shower room.

On the first floor the master bedroom suite has dressing area with wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The large bedroom is well furnished with drawer space and sliding doors open to the wonderful terrace which is furnished and has magnificent views of the pool and gardens as well as the skyline of Benidorm and the sea. The second bedroom is also a double room with wardrobes and drawers and a small terrace leading off with views of the moutains. There is a further full bathroom.
Parking is private behind electric sliding gates. The property has a small front garden leading to the entrance.
From the lounge, there are large sliding doors opening to a lovely covered terrace and private garden which is laid as a lawn. The garden overlooks the complex gardens and communal pools.
There are two swimming pools to choose from, each having a separate childrens pool. Grass, tropical palms and trees make the communal gardens area a pleasure to enjoy.
Please note smokers are welcome however we request that this is restricted to the outside areas only.

The kitchen is fully equipped including kettle and toaster. Air-conditioning throughout the property allows you to cool down during the summer months and warm you during a winter sunshine break, this is payable locally by coin meter at just 1€ for 1 1/2 hours for the full house. WIFI is available for a supplement of 20€uros per week, discounts for 2 week bookings & must be prebooked.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour.

Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local Spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. The development of Sierra Cortina itself has a Spa centre with health treatments, indoor pool, tennis and paddle courts and cafeteria. Mountaineering, water sports, rock climbing, horse riding, karting and many other activities are popular in this area. We are also able to organise any activity that you need from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hire, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball.

• Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65A (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65A following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the La Marina station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental.

Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day.
