Casa Cortina is a lovely 2 bedroom house close to the award winning beaches of Benidorm.
Vacation Rental Description
This lovely property is a perfect choice for your holiday destination at any time of they year. New for the 2011 season we are pleased to offer this well furnished and comfortable townhouse for you to enjoy. The house is located in a quiet urbanization in the popular resort of Sierra Cortina and close to the Spa Centre and golf, shops and supermarkets and just a short distance from the beaches of Benidorm and La Cala.
The entrance hall leads to a large lounge with modern "L"shaped sofa looking out onto the terrace and private garden. There is a dining area seating 4 people comfortably. Large sliding doors open to a great covered terrace which is also furnished with table and chairs. On this floor you will also find a guest cloakroom which also has a shower.
The kitchen is modern and large and well equipped for your stay with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer.
Upstairs the large master bedroom has dressing area and is beautifully furnished with double bed, and furniture to match. Sliding doors open to a lovely sunny terrace with terrific sea views. The terrace is perfect for the early morning sun or viewing the skyline of Benidorm as the sun goes down. This bedroom has en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
There is a second bedroom which is furnished with twin beds and has fitted wardrobes. A door from this room also leads to a small terrace for views of the mountains behind. There is a second full bathroom.
Outside of the property you will find a sunny private garden which also overlooks one of the two swimming pools available for you to enjoy. The swimming pool has lots of space for soaking up the sun and there is also a separate childrens pool.
There is private parking with this property and hot and cold air conditioning making the property perfect to enjoy the summer temperatures and winter sunshine breaks too. WIFI and UK TV available at this property.
Facilities
Air-conditioning throughout the property allows you to cool down during the summer months and warm you during a winter sunshine break, this is payable locally by coin meter at just 1€ for 1 1/2 hours for the full house. WIFI available, plus freeview English TV via Internet available.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Close by is an 18 hole pitch and putt course great for all the family! The nearby Marina Centre offers shopping, ten pin bowling, cinemas. There are many other coastal towns and beaches within easy reach. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat.

Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. - Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65A (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 5 minutes from junction 65A following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the La Marina station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. We are happy to help you with airport transfers and car hire, book a car door to door from just 60€ for 4 people including luggage.
