Vacation Rental Description
The new and spacious house is beautifully furnished with leather sofas and flat screen TV giving you home from home comforts. The views of the sea and skyline of Benidorm are superb from the garden and the terraces. There is a lovely roof terrace furnished with loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun. The resort has a lagoon style swimming pool situated behind and just a few minutes walk away you will find a golf course, spa centre with WIFI facility,tennis, gymnasium and spa treatments bank and restaurant. Close to the theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Terra Natura, there is a regular bus service to the lively resort of Benidorm with its first class entertainment and award winning beaches. The beaches of La Cala are also close by and you can find plenty of shopping at the La Marina commercial centre which has supermarket and restaurants.
An ideal location for both your summer holidays and winter sunshine breaks.
The corner house has a lovely elevated position and the front door opens to a hallway with open plan living and dining room. The lounge has glass doors opening to the garden area.
There is a handy guest cloakroom on this floor. The fitted kitchen has all appliances you could need and there is also a separate utility room.Upstairs on the first floor is the master bedroom suite with plenty of wardrobe space and which has sliding doors leading to a balcony with great sea views.
There is a full en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower over. The second bedroom is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and on this floor there is also a family shower room. A further staircase leads to the top floor which is a further twin bedded room. Doors from this room lead to a large roof terrace which is furnished with sun loungers.
The house has private gardens on 3 sides with lovely views. There is a large covered terrace leading from the lounge furnished with table and chairs.
Upstairs from the master bedroom is a small balcony and the top floor has a beautiful big roof terrace which is furnished with loungers and gives fantastic views of the skyline of Benidorm and the sea and mountains.
There is plenty of parking nearby to the property.
Facilities
Air conditioning throughout the house helps to keep you cool during the long hot summer heat and provides heat during a long stay winter sunshine break. This is payable locally by coin operated meter - 1€ will last approximately 1 1/12 hours for the full house.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour.
Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoiosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing.

Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. - Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65a (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65a following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the Terra Mitica theme park station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way , car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, welcome food packs, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings, cycle hire and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details. All bedding and towels are provided in this property, a small charge will be made for the laundry, details on request. A 20% deposit (minimum 250 euros) secures a reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A damage deposit of 350 euros will be required refundable after your stay. Payments accepted by credit or debit card. Please note that smoking is restricted to the outside areas.
