This lovely property is furnished to a very high standard throughout, including garden furniture with sun loungers and outside table and chairs. There is a small front garden area with front door leading into the large hallway with cloakroom and stairs to the first floor. A door leads to the good sized kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and there is also a separate utility area which has the washing machine and drying facilities. The large lounge is comfortable with modern colours and there is also a flat screen TV, DVD and music centre. The lounge also has one large wall of window which overlooks the covered terrace and private garden. Upstairs the main bedroom is large with built in wardrobes and has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The second and third bedrooms also all have built in wardrobes and there is a family bathroom. Outside the large covered terrace is ideal for dining alfresco and a table and chairs are included as well as sun loungers. This home will certainly help to make your stay very comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing.

This property has a private garden overlooking one of the lagoon style swimming pools and is located within easy reach of Benidorm and local theme parks.
Set in a small cul de sac of properties in a popular residential area, the property has access to fabulous landscaped gardens and lagoon style swimming pools. The cul de sac is gated giving private and secure parking to cars. There is a recently opened Spa centre within walking distance which has gym, treatment rooms, paddle and tennis as well as an indoor swimming pool. Also bar and restaurant facilities. Within the Sierra Cortina complex is a great 18 hole pitch and putt course. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are also very close by as is the Villa Aitana Golf club and Sierra Cortina 18 hole pitch and putt. The other nearby resorts of Albir and Altea, Villajoyosa and Alfaz to name but a few are just a short drive away.

Just a few minutes walk from this lovely home is the recently opened spa centre which has tennis and paddle courts, indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, spa treatment rooms, restaurant/cafe bar and other facilities. Just a few minutes drive is the La Marina shopping mall with lovely shops, restaurants and hypermarket and the resorts of Benidorm and La Cala are within a 10 minute drive. Also close by the towns of Albir, Altea, Villajoyosa, Alicante, Polop and Alfaz del Pi.

This property has hot and cold air conditioning installed and fully fitted kitchen with appliances. The property ovelooks one of the 2 lagoon style swimming pools and is just a short walk away from the restaurant and spa centre.
We request that smoking is restricted to the outside areas.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking (minimum 250€) with the balance payable within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday. A 350€ refundable damage deposit will also be required. Please note, we do charge a small fee for cleaning and linen on departure, contact us for further details.
