Vacation Rental Description
This beautifully furnished and well equipped 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house is a perfect base to laze away the long hot days at the lagoon style pool or to enjoy the many activities on offer around the many nearby towns. You will find the 18 hole pitch and putt course, new spa centre and restaurant on site and you are just a short distance from the new Asia Spa hotel, Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park and Terra Natura zoo. Benidorm is also just a 10 minute drive away with its wonderful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. There is a Carrefour hypermarket and the La Marina shopping mall just 5 minutes from the property. This well furnished and modern house has a well fitted kitchen with everything inclouded that you would need for your stay and all appliances fitted and a separate utility room with washing facilities. The lounge has a comfortable corner style suite and can be used to accommodate an extra 2 guests and there is a dining table seating 4 people. You will find a TV with communal satellite available together with DVD/CD/MP3 player. Doors from the lounge lead to a covered terrace and the private garden. There is a cloakroom located on the ground floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom has doors leading to a terrace with fabulous sea views, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There is a second bedroom with bunk beds and a family shower room.
There is a large covered terrace, ideal for dining Al fresco. Table and chairs and sun loungers are included. The private garden is on 3 sides of the house and has terrific sea views. There are two swimming pools within this complex one of which is in front of this property. The pools are lagoon style and have a separate children's area. Parking is in a communal area with electric gates.
Facilities
Linen and towels are included. Mid week cleaning and laundry services can be arranged if required. We can also organise grocery welcome packs containing the essentials or luxury packs with champagne and chocolates and anything for that special occasion. High Chair, cot, hairdryer, safe and bicycles are all availalbe but must be pre-booked. Smokers are welcome at the property but must smoke in the outside areas.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. La Marina Shopping Centre, just down the road, boasts cinemas, 10 pin bowling, restaurants, bars and plenty of shops Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoiosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. The development of Sierra Cortina itself has just opened a Spa centre with health treatments, indoor pool, tennis and paddle courts and cafeteria.

The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy reach from this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally. Travel Options

- Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65A (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65A following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the Terra Mitica theme park station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental.

We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way (please ask prices for larger parties), car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, welcome food packs, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings, cycle hire and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details. Departure clean cost included in quoted prices, all bedding and towels are provided in this property however a small per person charge is made for the laundry on departure. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 350 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
