This spacious house is beautifully furnished with leather sofas giving you home from home comforts. The views of the sea and skyline of Benidorm are superb from the garden and the terrace. The resort has a lagoon style swimming pool situated behind and just a few minutes walk away you will find a golf course, spa centre with tennis, gymnasium and spa treatments bank and restaurant. Close to the theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Terra Natura, there is a regular bus service to the lively resort of Benidorm with its first class entertainment and award winning beaches. The beaches of La Cala are also close by and you can find plenty of shopping at the La Marina commercial centre which has supermarket and restaurants. An ideal location for both your summer holidays and winter sunshine breaks. 
The property is beautifully furnished with modern styles and home from home comforts. The corner plot has a good size private front and side garden leading to the front door which opens into a spacious hallway. The cloakroom leads off as does the door into the kitchen which is well fitted with all modern appliances and has a separate utility room with the washing machine and drying area.  
 
The large lounge has leather sofas and a wall of sliding doors leading to the rear covered terrace and private garden. The lounge and garden have spectacular views across to the sea and skyline of Benidorm, there is direct access to the community pool and can be viewed from the garden. The dining area has a beautiful large table and 6 leather chairs and a picture window overlooking the garden.  
 
The stairs lead to the main bedroom which again is a good size and has plenty of wardrobe space, the en-suite bathroom has jacuzzi bath and twin sinks set into a granite worktop. The other two bedroom are both twin bedded rooms and also have built in wardrobes. There is a family shower room. This is a very comfortable and spacious property offering home from home comforts to ensure you have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. 
The private garden is a good size and has views towards the lagoon style communal swimming pool and direct access. The downstairs terrace has table and chairs and BBQ. The property is situated within a small gated residential area in a cul de sac which provides private parking.

A housekeeper and change of linen can be provided, please ask for details. Travel cots and highchairs can be provided if required together with buggies, bicycles, airport transfers, car hire and anything else that you may require. Beach/ Pool towels can be hired on request. Smokers are welcome but we request that this is restricted to the outside areas. We are happy to offer this accommodation for longer stays all year round. Please contact us for details of our rates.

The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour.  
Watersports are available in Benidorm, Albir and Altea. This whole area is popular with rock climbers, walkers, cyclists and extreme sports. 
 
Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. The development of Sierra Cortina itself has a new Spa centre with health treatments, indoor pool, tennis and paddle courts and cafeteria. An 18 hole Pitch and Putt course is now available at Sierra Cortina.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy reach from this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally.

• Travel Info: The most local airport is Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 66a (approximately 40 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from this junction following the signs Sierra Cortina. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and there is a train station at Terra Mitica, you will need to take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental. The airport of Valencia is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from this villa and Murcia airport would take approximately 2 hours.
