A beautiful typical Spanish Finca set in large grounds with private swimming pool and private tennis court. The Country House has large lounge, dining hall, large country style kitchen, master bedroom suite and 4 further bedrooms all with shower rooms. Three bedrooms can be found on the first floor - master double bedroom with shower room, twin bedded room with shower room, quadruple bedroom made up of one x double bed, two x single beds with shower room. On the ground floor a further twin bedded room with shower room, a double bedded room with shower room off. For a further four guests the annexe can be used - consists of two x twin bedded rooms both with shower rooms. 
Beamed ceilings and original features are found throughout this superb property which is just a short walk to the market town of Alfaz del Pi. There is a large BBQ area set in the private grounds where you will also find mature tropical palms and fruiting trees. Benidorm beaches and nightlife just a short distance away.

A sweeping driveway through large double gates where the first glimpse of this wonderful Finca set within its own extensive tropical gardens. There are steps down from the lounge to the magnificent dining hall with large long table seating upto 14 people. The country style kitchen is a large "L" shaped area with lots of cupboard space, gas cooking and large table in the centre. A terrace off the Master bedroom which also can be accessed from the second bedroom. Plenty of areas for shade or sun. We request that smoking is restricted to the outside areas.

Just a short walk away is the bustling town of Alfaz del Pi which has a large market every Friday. The town has plenty of shops, supermarket, restaurants and café bars. The N332 and AP7 motorway are just a short drive away making other towns of Albir, Altea, Benidorm, La Nucia and Polop to name a few very easy to travel to. There is also a very reasonable bus service in Alfaz del Pi town with buses serving these towns. 
There are many golf courses to be found all along the Costa Blanca and all within easy reach of this property. They include, Real de Faula Club de Golf at Benidorm, Don Cayo, Altea, Golf Ifach, Calpe, Bonalba Golf, Muxamiel, Alicante Golf and Alenda Golf both in Alicante. These can all be reached in less than 1 hours drive. Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura Animal Park, Mundomar and Aqualandia are easily accessible from the Finca.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy reach from this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally.

All prices shown include departure clean and on 2 weeks or more bookings a midstay clean. A per person charge will be made for the laundry on departure. A 20% (250 euros minimum) deposit secures a booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. A 500 euro damage deposit is required refundable after stay.
