Main Description
This is a three bedroomed detached villa with its own private pool and garden area with various areas for sunbathing. The villa has a balcony just off of the sunlounge(which has a double sofa bed) where you can sit on an evening and watch the sun go down or look down towards the village of Albir and the sea. The pool area is child friendly and there is a gazebo under which you can sit in the shade and cool off, or let the children play out of the sun. The ouside bar also has a roof shading it from the sun and this is a perfect place to enjoy a cold drink without having to go inside as there is a fridge freezer to store drinks etc, plastic plates and glasses are supplied for use in this area for safety reasons. Plenty of sunloungers are supplied and there are two tables and chairs for outside dining. There are lots of attractions in the are to visit the lovely mountain village of Guadalest and the waterfalls at Fuentes del Algar, not forgetting the waterpark of Aqualandia and the new attraction of Terra Natura with its zoo, and the attraction of TerraMittica. There are two new golf courses only ten minutes away and many more in the surrounding area.

It is recommended to hire a car,there is parking for two cars on the drive. Inside the villa there are three double bedrooms one with a king size bed one with 2 single beds and a third with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The family bathroom has a separate shower. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge has seating for up to eight people with a dining area seating six. There is sat television bbc itv etc. Linen and towels are supplied but it is requested that clients bring their own beach towels for use around the pool and on the beach. There are restaurants in the area from the cheap and cheerful Chinese to Italian and Indian and ofcourse Spanish which is only a five minute walk away. In all a great place to bring your family and friends for a well earned rest in the sunshine.
Please note we operate a no smoking policy for the comfort of all clients. As the owners live on the property(own totally private aprt.) they are available to help you.

Rates

Low Season Price : €600
High Season Price : €1000 per Week

A deposit of 30% on booking and the rest eight weeks before start of rental period. Payment by bank transfer.
