A great apartment, spacious and with terrific sea views, this property is ideal for Summer holidays as well as winter sun breaks. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, close to amenities offered at Sierra Cortina including the new Spa centre, restaurant and 18 hole pitch and putt course. A large lounge opens to a very big terrace with plenty of space for soaking up the sun or dining. There is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi bath, built in wardrobes and terrace leading off. The 2 other bedrooms all have built in wardrobes and twin beds. A great property, sleeping 6 people comfortably, very modern and furnished to very high standards.
The entrance hall leads to a large lounge with comfortable sofas and dining table that seats 6. Large sliding doors open to a huge terrace with fantastic sea views and views over the skyline of Benidorm. The kitchen is well fitted with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave etc. There is also a separate utility room which has the washing machine. A door leads through to the bedroom area. The master bedroom is a good sized double room with built in wardrobes and en-suite facilities with jacuzzi bath. Sliding doors open to a juliette style balcony and a door leads to a terrace. Two further bedrooms have built in wardrobes and twin beds. The family bathroom has a hydromassage shower over the bath.
The "L" shaped terrace has loungers, table and chairs for relaxing or dining Al Fresco. This large area has fantastic sea views and views over the skyline of Benidorm. You are also able to overlook one of the 4 swimming pools and tropical landscaped gardens.

The resort itself has a newly opened spa centre with bar and restaurant, swimming pool, paddle and tennis court, gymnasium and health and beauty treatments on offer, all payable locally. The 18 hole pitch and putt course opened in 2008 as did the on site restaurant serving excellent cuisine.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoiosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants.

La Marina Shopping centre is within 5 minutes by car where you will find cinemas, 10 pin bowling, bars, restaurants and many, many shops.

We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way(please ask prices for larger parties), car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, welcome food packs, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings, cycle hire and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details.

All bedding and towels are provided in this property, however a small charge is made for the cleaning and laundry on departure. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 250 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
