Vacation Rental Description
The lounge is beautiful with large flat screen TV with multi language channels including Dutch, German and British, comfortable leather sofas and beautiful decoration and art work around the room which has large windows overlooking the pool area. An archway leads to the large and modern kitchen which is well equipped with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A large dining table comfortably seats 6 people if you want to dine indoors.
Leading from the kitchen there is a second lounge with glass doors to all sides. There is a further table and chairs, 3 piece leather suite and another flat screen TV for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom has large double bed, plenty of wardrobes and sliding doors opening to the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Bedroom two is a twin room and also has fitted wardrobes and sliding doors leading to a terrace to the rear of the house with mountain views. Both of these bedrooms connect to a luxurious bathroom with large bath, separate large shower and "his and hers" vanity sink. There is a third bedroom, also a twin with wardrobes and doors leading to the terrace at the rear of the property. A second shower room can be found fitted to the same high standards.
Facilities
To the rear of the house is a separate room housing the washing machine and a there is also a clothes drying area. A shady terrace can be found leading off the bedrooms at the rear of the house which is also furnished with table and chairs. The views from this elevated position are great towards the sea and the mountains behind. There is a lovely "teardrop" shape private pool to enjoy with plenty of space around to soak up the sun in the sun loungers provided. You will find plenty of outdoor table and chairs both in the sun and shade for dining Al Fresco at any time of the day. WIFI is available at this property. Please note we are able to provide bicycle hire, baby equipment,safe, but they must be pre booked. Mid week cleaning and laundry services can be arranged if required together with Welcome grocery packs and anything else you require to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. We request that smoking is restricted to outside areas.
Activities
Located 2km from the twon of Alfaz del Pi, a lovely market town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, the town also has good public transport to other nearby towns and beaches including the popular and lively resort of Benidorm.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy reach from this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally. Travel Options

- Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65 following the signs to Alfaz del Pi on the N332. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Alfaz del P, you will need to take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental.

We are able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way(please ask prices for larger parties), car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, welcome food packs, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings, cycle hire and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details. All bedding and towels are provided in this property. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 500 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit/credit card or by bank transfer. All quoted prices include departure clean and laundry on departure costs.
