Located close to the theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and the water park of Aqua Natura. Shopping and supermarket facilities are close by as is the popular year round resort of Benidorm. 
This lovely apartment is furnished to the highest standards with comfortable and modern furniture and accessories. There is a TV with communal satellite giving multi language channels. Sliding doors leading from the lounge open to the large terrace and private garden which has views of the pools and great views of the sea through to Peacock Island and the skyline of Benidorm. There is a dining area seating 6 and a breakfast bar from the kitchen equipped with bar stools. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need and all appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. 
The master bedroom has a door leading out to the terrace and there is plenty of wardrobe space to be found in the dressing area. There is a sumptuous en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower over. A twin room is well furnished, again with wardrobes and there is a family bathroom with hydromassage shower over the bath. 
The doors from the lounge open onto a very big terrace, ideal for dining Al Fresco or relaxing. There is also a large private garden to enjoy. The terrace and garden are furnished with table and chairs and sun loungers. There is access to the large communal gardens, well planted with tropical palms and 4 lagoon style swimming pools to enjoy.

Air conditioning is provided via a coin operated meter providing approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for 1€. Highchair, cot, safe, bicycles, hairdryer, pushchair, boat etc are all available with this property but must be pre-booked. We request that smoking is restricted to the outside areas.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana/La Faula. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. The shopping centre La Marina is easily reached from this property where you will find cinemas, ten pin bowling, restaurants, bars and lots of shops. 
 
Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoiosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing.

Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants.
