Vacation Rental Description
This is a great apartment for rental at any time of the year, just 50 meters to the beach, shops and restaurants means that no car is necessary. Air conditioning and heating makes this ideal and comfortable for rental all year round. La Cala is a lovely place to holiday with wide stretches of white sandy beaches, coves, rock pools and a long promenade that is lined with restaurants and café bars. A popular resort for many nationalities at all times of the year and particularly popular with the Spanish during July and August. A weekly market is held selling local fresh fruit and vegetables, clothes shoes and leather items. A regular bus service will take you into the lively resort of Benidorm or to the other nearby beaches and towns.
No car is necessary to stay at this lovely apartment which will sleep up to 4 people, there is TV in multi-language as well as hot and cold air conditioning and radiator heating for winter travellers.
A nice hallway leads to the lounge dining room which is a good size with modern furniture, sofa bed for the additional guests, TV with multi-language channels and dining table seating 4 people. Sliding doors open to the terrace with asea view.
The kitchen is well equipped for your stay and has oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.
The bedroom is a double room and has plenty of wardrobe space and there is also a family bathroom with shower over the bath.
The apartment is just 50 metres from the beach and promenade which has so much to offer.
The terrace overlooks the swimming pool below which is gated for child safety and has sunbathing areas under tropical umbrellas, you will also find a small childrens play area here.
Facilities
TV with multilanguage digital channels. Smokers are welcome but we request that guests smoke on the terrace only. The hot-cold air conditioning is payable locally by coin operated meter (1€ lasts approx. 1 1/2 hours for the full apartment).
Activities
The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar are all easily accessible from the apartment.
Baby equipment including cots and high chairs and pushchairs can be arranged as can hairdryers and bicycles at the property but these must be pre-booked. We also offer welcome food hampers, special occasion hampers, airport transfers, car hire and much more. Please ask us for information on the service you need to make your holiday perfect.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy reach from this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally. Travel Options

- Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65A (approximately 40 minutes) the property is approximately 5 minutes from junction 65A, following the signs to Benidorm and La Cala. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is La Marina Centre you will need to take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged from as little as 60€ for 4 people including luggage. we can also arrange daily or weekly car rental although a car is not necessary at this property. Alternative airport is Valencia which is just 1 hour 20 minutes from this property - check out flight offers and bargains available with your local low cost airline.

SPECIAL LATE/EARLY BOOKING DEALS available, please ask for the best price for your dates. Bed Linen and Towels are provided however a small per person charge is made for the laundry on departure. A 20% deposit (minimum 250 euros) reserves accommodation with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A refundable damage deposit of 250 euros will be required.
