This fantastic apartment is located at the headland of Benidorm in the middle of the old town. There are fantastic sea views from every window and direct access to the sandy beaches and warm mediterranean sea.  
Café bars,restaurants, shops and banks, most other amenities are all close by. 
The plaza in front of the apartment is always an attraction to tourists and during the summer months there are musicians and street artists all around. 
The apartment itself is spacious and well furnished with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, well fitted and modern kitchen, lounge with flat screen TV giving multi language channels and there is also a DVD player. The closed terrace has a dining table and easy chairs to take in the views. 
Hot / Cold air conditioning is installed and available by way of a coin meter giving approximately 1.5 hours of use for 1€. There is also lift access to the property and wheelchair access also. 
The beaches of Poniente in one direction and Levante in the other mean there is plenty to offer such as water sports, sun loungers available on all beaches. The port has regular boat trips to the nearby "peacock island" and also offers fishing. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia are all nearby.

Hot/cold air conditioning available throughout the apartment. Children and baby equipment can be provided, including buggies and high chairs, travel cots etc. these must be pre-booked. We also offer airport transfers and much more. We can arrange welcome packs containing essential items for your first day or something more for that special occasion, flowers chocolates, champagne.

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy reach from this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm early July - with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally.

Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Benidorm, you can walk or take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged from as little as 60€ for 4 people including luggage. We can also arrange daily or weekly car rental although a car is not essential at this property as it is the heart of town and close to everything. Alternative airport is Valencia which is just 1 hour 20 minutes from this property - check out flight offers and bargains available with your local low cost airline.

Departure clean included in all prices quoted, bed linen and towels are provided, a small charge is made for the laundry on departure. We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way, car hire, bicycle hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details. A coin operated meter is fitted for the use of the hot/cold air-conditioning. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 250 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
