Vacation Rental Description
Located in the hills above the picturesque village of Benidoleig, only 2km away, enjoying spectacular valley and sea views. The village of Benidoleig has all your basic needs, with supermarket, bakers and various bars and restaurants. The main coastal town of Denia is only 15 km away and large shopping centre is only 10 min drive. The villa is very secluded and is interesting in its design, as the name indicates it is round with a central patio. The villa is well equipped and includes weekly clean and laundry, bathroom and beach towels. Let us know what you need and we can arrange it for you. A basic welcome food pack is also provided and if you require a full shop can be supplied just by sending a shopping list and we will do it for you (at cost price).  
 
Changeover day 
We are flexible, cheaper flights are sometimes available on week days and Sundays, instead of the usual Saturdays. 
 
Accommodation  
 
Bedrooms: Bed 1, double bed and en-suite bathroom. 
Bed 2, double bed and en-suite shower. 
Bed 3, 2 single bed and en-suite shower. 
Bed 4, double bed and en-suite bath.  
Bathrooms: All bedrooms are en-suite, plus there is an outside shower and wc by the pool. 
 
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with, cooker, hop, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar.  
Utility Room: With washing machine.  
Living Rooms: Next to the kitchen is a formal dining room, plus a large lounge with a further dining table, plus there is seating in the central patio. The property is well decorated with an interesting but very likeable mixture of styles and objects.  
Other: BBQ by the pool. Plus a pool table in the lounge, badminton court and table tennis.  
Cleaning/towels/ 
linen/maid service: Prices include weekly clean and clean laundry, bathroom towels and beach towels are included.

hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, tv, room fans, barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests)  
 
Accessibility 
The villa is on a flat plot but you have 4 steps to access the property and 2 steps to access the pool. 
 
Outside 
The pool is approx 4 x 8 metres, you have an outside BBQ. 
 
Coast/Beach 
The beaches of Denia and Vergel are only 10/15km drive away, and Javea only 20 min drive. 
 
Golf 
The La Sella golf course in 12km drive away. 
 
Skiing 
Ski resorts are 6 hours drive away! 
 
Special interest holidays 
The area is ideal for mountain walking and mountain biking. Tennis courts are available locally. 
 
Travel 
Alicante and Valencia airports are only 1 hours drive away and we can offer a pick up service if you like. 
 
Distances 
The village of Benidoleig is only 2km away, with bakers, supermarket, bars and restaurants, news agent and bank. Shopping complex is only 8 km away. Denia 15 km and Javea 20km. 
 
Further details 
Most town and villages have Summer festivals. 
 
Booking notes 
A £100 pound deposit will reserve the villa for 1 week so you have time to book flights, then a 50% deposit will be required and the balance one month before arrival. A £250 cash security will be required on arrival

    • The villa comes fully equipped with a gym, with spinning bikes plus free waits, plus table tennis table, pool table, and mountain bikes, the villa is located on top of the Seguili Hill with panoramic views, and is ideal for hiking and mountain biking.

    £100 will reserve the booking for a week. 50% balance will confirm the booking and remaining 50% balance 1 month before arrival. Payments by bank transfer to UK bank. In case of cancellation 100% refund if booking is cancelled 3 months before start of holiday, and then in proportion.
