This clean and comfortable 1 bedroom Apartment has everything needed for a perfect spanish holiday. It is situated in the quiet urbanization of Los Balcones but it is still within reach of all the local amenities, beaches and golf courses. The Apartment has Air Conditioning, Satelite Television and has a balcony with table and chairs as well as a roof top solarium with sun-loungers, sun umbrella and built in B.B.Q to relax in the sunshine. The Apartment has a well equiped galley style kitchen which has a gas hob, electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils needed. There is also a washing machine in the Apartment as well as an iron and ironing board. The bright and airy bedroom has a range of built-in wardrobes with lots of hanging space as well as chests of drawers and bedside tables. If you have young children travelling with you we also have a travel cot and a pram. The living area has a large double bed settee and a dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a stereo music system with compact disc as well as a portable cd system for taking up onto the roof-terrace. The television has satelite stations and there is also a DVD player. The tiled bathroom has a shower, bidet, wash-hand basin and toilet and is very clean and bright. You can also make use of the Communal Swimming Pool which is open between March and October and is very popular and well maintained with a life-guard in attendance.
