The fabulous white sand Campoamor Blue Flag beach is just a 10 minute stroll away through a pleasant wooded area. Also within walking distance is a supermarket, 24 hour garage with mini food market, pharmacy and equestrian centre. The apartment is within one mile of the N332, giving easy access to more Blue Flag beaches, shopping centres, the larger hyper and supermarkets and also enabling you to reach Cabo Roig with its numerous restaurants at that cater to every taste, banks and doctors surgery within 5 minutes. The N332, along with the N7 motorway, which is less than 3 miles away, not only make Alicante and Murcia Airports easily accessible but enable you to explore the many historical and larger towns of the Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and La Manga. The popular town of Torrevieja with its hypermarket, cinema, night clubs and new shopping precinct is only 10km away and there are 3, 18 hole, championship golf courses within a 10 minute drive.

Low Season Price : £125
High Season Price : £250 per Week
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made with 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at time of booking. A £70 security deposit is required with final payment to cover breakages/damage, refunded within 2 weeks of departure. There is a 40 euro charge for cleaning/laundry, payable on arrival directly to the caretakers.

10% discount on the above rates for rentals over 4 weeks.
