The luxury apartments are located very close to the sandy beaches and dramatic coastline of Cabo Roig. The championship golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within a five-minute drive. La Manga peninsula and the Mar Menor are 45 minutes away. Nearby facilities include large supermarkets, small shops and banks. Many bars, restaurants and shops are on your doorstep. There is a large swimming pool for residents only. The complex is very safe and secure with 24 hour CCTV and large lounge area for residents only. A car is not necessary as we have everything on our doorstep. Airports: Alicante-45 minutes; Murcia - 15 minutes away. We now can provide Bed and Breakfast to your room if required, and if you wish to go half board, dinners can be provided in a 1st class restaurant on the complex. For the golfers we can also book your tee's at the many local courses. 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments Available, all with air conditioning.

There is secure allocated underground parking (no extra charge) with lifts that have direct access to all floors and your apartment. complex is very safe and secure with 24 hr CCTV.

Low Season Price : £175
High Season Price : £275 per Week
A £100.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking the apartment. The final balance to be paid 8 weeks prior of your holiday.
A 100.00 euros security deposit is required against any damage that may occur whilst you are renting our apartment. This is to be paid on arrival. This will be returned to you on your departure on confirmation that the apartment has been left in good order.
The apartments has air conditioning, if you require this there is a 30 euro suppliment per week. Please state in advance if you want this.
Cot and Highchair rental is available on request in advance.
Mid week cleaning & Welcome Packs are also available on request.
