Apartment Rental Rates

Low Season Price : £150
High Season Price : £280 per Week


Booking is flexible to suit your arrival / departure and flight times.

Deposit of 25% of rental fee is required at time of booking.
Balance is due 4 weeks before arrival at La Finca.
Discounts on longer bookings.

£100 refundable loss / damage deposit is required with final payment.
This will be returned to you as soon after a satisfactory property inspection
and the keys returned to us.

Cancellation will result in the loss of deposit

Payments by cheque or direct transfer.

End of stay cleaning is paid locally - €40 euros + €8 euros per person - hence low booking prices.

Smoking on the balcony and sun terrace is fine.

Late minute deals & special discounts negotiable.
