2 bedroom 1 bathroom has a living room with 2 sofas, TV, CD stereo, A/C and heating in living room/dining area. Dining room table sits 6. Kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, clothes washer, pots/pans, dishes, etc. Fresh sheets and towels provided upon arrival and all utilities included. Master bedroom has queen size bed with separate twin bed. Second bedroom has twin bunkbeds with a separate twin bed. Sleeps 6 total in beds. Large beautiful bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, bidet. Long balcony. 250 meters to Malvarrosa/Las Arenas beach. Beach has Europes highest Blue Flag rating and is the site for the America's Cup. Cabanyal District, on Calle Justo Vilar , walk to Dr. Lluch metro station and new Grau station with direct airport access. Cafes, restaurants and pubs, all less than 1 minute walk away. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk away. University area 3 minute metro ride away. Great location. Central Valencia is close by. I also rent for long term stays at a discount, ask for rates. For those of you that like the nightlife, there are a few dance clubs within a six minute walk. Las Animas at the port is a huge dance club that charges around 15 euros to get in (includes free drink). Aquarela is another dance club by the beach.

Our apartment is a five minute walk to Las Arenas/Malvarrosa beach and the America's Cup port of Valencia. Great paella restaurants on the beach promenade. There are two metro lines (stations) close to apartment. The Dr Lluch metro station is a one minute walk away, and the Grau metro station is a five minute walk away. The City of Arts and Sciences is about 1.5 kilometers away. You can rent paddle boats on the beach, as well as being allowed to bring any the food and beverage to the beach. My apartment is well stocked with beach umbrellas, beach table, beach chairs, beach tools etc,

Apartment Rental Rates

Low Season Price : €380
High Season Price : €550 per Week


I normally charge the rental rate plus a 40 euro cleaning fee plus a 100 euro security deposit that is refunded to you on the day you leave the apartment clean and undamaged. To reserve the apartment, you need to pay half at time of reservation, and the rest upon arrival. The security deposit is refunded on your last day. The initial payment can be made with a bank wire transfer, use a credit card at www.paypal.com or Western Union. I also accept checks if done far enough in advance.
